Took my wife here for her birthday which. The room was excellent. Spacious and clean. The icing on the cake was that it was very quiet when we went to bed. The gambling was fun. Sadly we did not relieve the Casino of any money. We also went for the seafood dinner buffet. Great value for the food you get. We will be back.

Nice friendly clean casino. Easy to get on a table game. Easy valet parking. Fast check in/check out. Crowd is older. No children running around. No waiting for cashier service. About 5 miles from I10. Clean rooms. Plenty of dining choices.

Casino Del Sol is a stunning looking hotel with beautiful grounds that make a great first impression upon arrival. However, the check-in experience we had from the front desk lady cold and not very friendly, which was a bit disappointing and not the welcome we were expecting from such a prestigious resort.||||The casino and restaurants are small but impressive (certainly a smaller Las Vegas feel), restaurant wise – the hotel had a couple of restaurants, but all were fully closed by 9:30pm with doors closed and lights off, so this meant we were unable to try any of them. There is a food court but this had very limited options, pizza or sandwiches – and both were fairly pricey. Overall, we felt the hotel was nicely designed, very clean throughout and certainly had a luxurious feel.||||Our room was large and spacious with a large comfortable King bed. The bathroom featured a nice shower cubicle, which we appreciated compared to a tub. The pool area is amazing, with two hot tubs and a nice large pool. It would have been nice to have pool service or a bar at the pool though.||||One downside was the pool wristband rule—having to go to reception every day to get a wristband was hugely inconvenient, especially if there was a line. It would be better to have key access doors/gates instead if you are concerned about security. On the plus side, there are ice machines and vending machines on each floor, and the hotel offers complimentary valet and ample self-parking.||||The location means you’ll need a car, as it’s not close to any attractions, restaurants, or downtown areas. Despite these minor issues, we were overall very happy with our stay and would definitely return in the future.

The hotel rooms here are very nice. The pool and Jacuzzi is fantastic. The food options weren't too bad, however the buffet there was a little overpriced (in my opinion) for the food options it had. I also wish the slot machines would at least play with you. It seems the last 3 times we have been there, we would just lose $$$ continuously (and quickly). We never really got any sort of wins or jackpots to extend our playing times, so that was disappointing. Just a part of gambling I guess. Fun place for an adult vacation or staycation. They do have some good players club rewards deals to get you to go back, so that's cool. Check it out. You'll enjoy the experience. Staff were very friendly too.

The place is nice definitely could use some upgrades. As far a gaming it kinda sucks the payout ratio is way below what they say it is. Other casinos in the area are way better. It's hard to win here on slots !!! Obviously everyone has a different experience yet I have went to this casino numerous times and have never had any luck here. Yet the surrounding casinos seem to actually pay out way more than this place.

Very beautiful hotel. The view is amazing and the rooms are great quality although lack of total blackout. We particularly appreciated the numerous food services and entertainment. The swimming pool is also awesome. The parking was very easy. We wish we could have stay more longer to enjoy all the facilities and services.

Review of Casino Del Sol Casino Hotel: Frustrating Check-In Experience
I recently stayed at Casino Del Sol, Casino Hotel and it’s safe to say that my visit started off on the wrong foot. The pool area, & pool staff are great! We ended getting a cabana and pool staff provided great service, drinks were amazing as well as the food.
The check-in process was less than smooth, Upon receiving my room key, I quickly discovered that it wouldn’t open my door. I had to make several trips back to the front desk, where I encountered a particularly unhelpful receptionist—a woman with all white hair—who displayed a dismissive attitude that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Her lack of empathy and professionalism was astonishing, especially when her own coworker asked if I wanted to speak to a manager about the situation. I felt like I was a bother to her rather than a valued guest.
After the fourth unsuccessful attempt to access my room, the older receptionist accompanied me back. This time she acknowledged the problem stated she would call IT. After waiting half an hour outside my door in the hallway, she never returned.
The lack of communication was frustrating. After they managed to fix the issue, I was left in the dark until I decided to return to the front desk myself—yet again. Upon my arrival, I was met with the same dismissive demeanor, and the woman handed me a new key without even a simple acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience I had endured.
Unfortunately, this has left a negative impression, & i would not recomment this Casino Hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Went for Thanksgiving dinner, we weren't disappointed, the food was at the right temperature, a big variety of everything, Prime rib was tender and juicy, crab legs were delicious, they even had green corn tamales. Such a wide assortment of foods including traditional Thanksgiving fare and desserts in smaller portions so you could try a variety of them on your plate. The senior discount was nice and the price was good especially since it's all you can eat.
