Absolutely, horrible service. Charged $2100 to fix the forward collision and airbag light. Forward collision was fixed. Airbag light came on as soon as we left the dealership. Called back and they told us there was nothing they could do to resolve it and didn’t want to help knock some off the bill. Also told me the check engine light was on due to the headlight …… ok lol. I’d stay clear of this place. FR

Recently purchased a vehicle from Central. I felt I was treated fairly as much as I dread the process. Christopher and Dustin were fantastic to deal with and I was in and out quickly with a trade in and brand new Expedition. UPDATE: Just had my first service at the shop. The 5 star rating remains and well deserved, quick and professional!

We are from TN but found our perfect car at Ford of Trumann! Chris and Asher were both fantastic to work with. Car buying flat out sucks but they made it seamless. They mailed us everything we needed to get it registered inTN and it was a breeze to get our new plates at our local county clerk. We will need another car in the next year and this will absolutely be our first stop. Also we did buy the extended warranty. The tech in the car has glitched a little so we will already be using it. Clearly no fault of the dealer- 100% the risk of buying a used car especially a newer car with new tech. I’m so glad Asher talked through our warranty options so we could be covered!

Dylan is honest and kind. He did everything he could to get us into the right vehicle for us. Not what he wanted to sell us. Highly recommend him!

Call Monday 3/11/2024 pricing front brake job for my truck. Gave all info on my truck. They said it would be $165.00, I asked about rotors, he said its included. I sent to appointment. Got there day later for my appointment, they finished just under 2 hours. Went to pay, invoice was over $300.00. I said i was priced day before $165.00. He went to service manager, came back with new invoice $262.63, I said again I was priced $165.00. I paid the $262.94. Be aware they have very incompetent people working. And if you call for price you will be charged something different when you get there. Don't give me a price and when I pay go up almost $100. Complete front brake service with matching rotors turned front rotors and replace brake pads. No other problems. Train you people better!

Best place for sales and service, knowledgeable staff and great selection. I bought this gem here and i have never regretted it.

Jason Jamison made getting a new truck the easiest process. He had everything ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. The truck was waiting on me, instead of me waiting on them. He was able to get me approved, and even got my payments where I wanted them to be. If you need a new ride Jason is the one to call! He is unlike other salesmen that I have dealt with in the past.
