I honestly was a little nervous booking but was gladly proven wrong, my daughter was the happiest little girl on her birthday because queen elsa made it special just for her! There was two miscommunications but everything was fixed right away! I’m honestly happy with the experience my child received and would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to make your child a memorable night.

I used Character Booking a few years ago for my oldest and we had Elsa come. This year, we had Elsa and Anna for my twins 4th birthday party. We wanted to be outside but it was just too hot. So it was a bit of rearranging to make things work inside but they stayed in character and were so sweet to all the guests. They had lovely voices and I could tell they made my twins feel special, even though everyone got great attention. It took a ton of stress off me as well since I didn't have to really plan entertainment!

We had a wonderful experience with Character Booking! In anticipation for my daughter's 4th Frozen-themed birthday party, I wanted to find an Elsa impersonator. I googled and found Character Booking, checked out their site and sent an inquiry! I had a lot of questions and they were so helpful during the process. I ultimately decided on a 1 hour experience (during a 2 hour party). The "Ice Queen" showed up earlier than her expected time which was so nice because I was so stressed that day about everything going according to plan. She agreed to meet us at a public trampoline park and walked in to surprise all of the guests - including my daughter! She had a huge crowd of kids around her all hugging her and talking to her. She even went down the slide a few times with the kiddos! Then we transitioned to the party room where she read stories and did face glitter on all the kids while they ate their snacks. Then she sang happy birthday before departing. I highly recommend Character Booking and can't wait to use them again for future events!!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Belle was STUNNING (looked like the real thing, not like some random chick in a dress), she had a beautiful singing voice, and had such great interaction with the kids. She handled everything for the hour she was there and it was a huge relief to be able to be “off-duty” and enjoy my daughter and her friends at her party. Not to mention, I reached out to quite a few companies before booking and they were, by far, the best value for all that they offer. I cannot recommend this company enough!
