Although we didn’t get to enjoy the sunset due to it being overcast, it was a great experience. The staff especially our captain Craig made us feel very welcomed and they had such good energy. They played good music and kept the drinks and food flowing non stop. Definitely recommend doing this if you are in the area. Great way to meet new people, have great conversations, and just vibe while experiencing the ocean.
***Highly recommend dressing comfortably and warm. If you forget, they do have blankets on board to accommodate.

My favorite activity in Santa Cruz! It’s always such a great ride, the crew is amazing, and the food and drinks are awesome. It’s perfect for taking friends from out of town, going on dates or double dates (there’s always something to look at and talk about so it never gets boring), and children love it too. Even just going alone is fun! I’ve been on charters with Captain Darcy twice this month, once in the morning with very calm conditions, and once in the afternoon with lots of wind, and both rides felt completely safe and steady (even my friends who were worried about getting seasick were fine). Plus we saw tons of sea life! She’s a great captain who knows how to handle the boat in every condition, and she knows where to find the whales when they’re around. I love love love this boat, its crew, and especially the fact that we can just book it any time we want to take ride on the water and enjoy the views of our beautiful bay, its wildlife, and our coastline.

My husband and I enjoyed the Sunset cruise,
the wine and beer were great and 4 different pizzas was served. This was our second time on the Chardonnay cruise and looking forward to do more. Really nice experience and thank you to the captain and the crew for amazing service.

We really were thrilled with our cruise. The crew was so uplifting and experienced. They really knew what they were doing. We like that they were Young women and they were so strong and smart We felt very safe. We had a whale follow us for half of our trip that was like such a big added bonus. It was a beautiful sail and we’ll never forget it. This is our family… Nine of us went and we had the whole front of the boat to us.

It was an awesome experience. The crew was very attentive and generous with the wine/beer/pizza. We saw a humpback whale and we had perfect wind conditions so the sails were up the entire trip! Loved it!

Great experience. Staff was amazing, experience was amazing. The food is not a “brunch” it is a continental breakfast of pastries. We notified them ahead time that one of us was celiac (gluten free) and there was no GF items for substance. When the fruit came out I got 3 half strawberries and asked for more, the captain told the crew serving that I couldn’t eat the pastries and so he gave me two more halves (5 half strawberries) the berries were good.

The ride itself was fun and relaxing. We saw sea lions but no other marine life. It was okay because the waters were calm and the wind picked up so we were able to sail.

I would love to come back. We drove 2 1/2 hours for this charter, next time we will try the pizza charter as they said they can offer gluten free on that one. Still giving 5 stars because of the experience
