I've not spent a ton of time around the library and park, but I end up biking or walking by somewhat frequently. This little performance area is awesome. We saw twelfth night of the living dead by Loud Fridge and the venue seemed perfect for the performance (not to mention that the show was awesome). Great venue, really hoping to see more events/plays/shows put on here!

Went to South of 8, great play with local stories being told! Had never been to the Performance Annex and was really impressed by how intimate and comfortable the space was, and how easy to find parking nearby. Will definitely look for future events at this location.
