Been coming here for about a year now for multiple needs. For starters, Nick is an amazing guy who keeps the energy up and alive for the recording experience which I’m sure most of you know is key in the studio. With a large selection of new/vintage (top of the line) gear along with an amazing atmosphere with the capability to record just about anything ranging from piano to voice overs to crazy guitar tones, I consider this to be a must go destination for your recording needs in Orange County.

I had an amazing experience here! It was my first time in a studio and I couldn't have imagined it going any better! Nick was knowledgeable and helpful, he worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the results of my recording. He was a great listener and I learned a lot in the short time I was with him. The first day I went in, I enjoyed so much that I came back for more the very next! Nick was knowledgeable, very welcoming and extremely accommodating. The gear was top notch and Nick was there to help operate everything whilst making sure to only help where necessary. The space itself is beautiful and the sound in the live room is fantastic. My experience was with audiobooks but the music recording I've heard come out of here is extremely high quality. 10/10 would recommend!

Best studio I have ever worked with. Nick is super cool and was willing to work out a price because I was on a really tight budget for my project. I brought in a mix that needed mastering I loved it so much I booked another session the next day. Worth every penny. Seriously awesome experience, there's no way I'll go anywhere else in OC

Costa Mesa Studios did excellent Recording and Mixing for my project.
I had a new song that I needed to record at a PRO Studio in order to get onto a Compilation Album about the City of Whittier. Not only did Costa Mesa Studios do an excellent job of recording the vocals for my Hypnotic Hip-Hop song. But Nick mixed the track extremely well and made the bass (low-end) kicking and dynamic. Now the song sounds great in the car or in a home theater. I was pleased when I was informed that the song made it to be featured on the compilation. CMS helped me achieve tangible results.

I recently wrapped recording the audiobook version of my latest title, CRESCENDO, at CMS. My expectations were quite high as this is the first audiobook to be produced by my independent media company. Also, this project was narrated by a popular TV and film actress, therefore privacy and professionalism was a top priority. Nick Fainbarg, studio engineer and editor extraordinaire, was a dream to work with. His prowess of the high-end equipment and his fine-tuned ability provided the much-needed confidence that my audiobook would rival productions released by top publishers. I am thrilled with the end product and can confidently say the CRESCENDO audiobook is, without doubt, award-worthy due in many respects to his efforts. Beyond highly recommended.
