Great place to live - very well run. We live in the Cotton-Verde area. Wonderful people eager to meet others and make friends.

A beautiful and well maintained hoa with friendly efficient staff. Good value for hoa fees. My only complaint is access to golf. If you are a weekly golfer it does not make sense to buy a golf membership. If you are a homeowner but not a member at Cottonwood golf coarse you will have trouble getting any reasonable T times.

I was there at a good time. Two treadmills left. Within minutes those were taken. Can see that there would be a time when you go there and there would be no machines available. Cleaned machine with an antibacterial wipe before and after my used
