We've had a good experience each time we've visited and this time was no different. We attended the Heart concert, got there early, found a good parking spot across the street ate dinner in the LA Live area and arrived a couple mins before the doors opened. We believe there are new security scanners since we went last year and that was quick and easy. We used the prepay kiosk store to grab and go. Good seats in section 101. Nothing negative on a good night.

First time here for a concert, Heart ❤️ Lots of local parking within easy walking distance. No wait to enter. Comfortable seats, lots of clean bathrooms, easy to enter and exit. Would definitely recommend over other downtown LA venues. Great restaurants and bars close by, we stopped for drinks at Tom’s.

We watched the Kings vs the Canadiens at the Hyde Lounge and it was a great experience. Everyone from the helpful wait staff to courteous security to personable check in people were so hospitable and professional. I enjoyed the sushi and their nachos. Everything was good though. Downside? The dessert plate was very ordinary. Cookies and brownies seemed like they were purchased at the grocery store, but then I come from a family of bakers so do take that into consideration. Overall, it's a much more comfortable way to watch your game. I'd go back there...

We went and saw Toby Mac in 2024. It was a nice venue. Great concert. I must admit, sitting up in the nosebleed section on the top row was not much fun. It's so far away from the action. But it was still enjoyable, because the big screens brought the concert closer to us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The arena was very clean.

The bathrooms were very clean and the concessions were unusual because they employed no cashiers. They had something like 200 cameras watching everything you were doing and you have no idea what you're paying for until you get the bill on your credit card statement. It was kind of exciting but very costly.

Haven’t been here in forever! Last time I was here was when it was still Staples Center. We came for a Tyler the Creator concert and found parking easily although expensive ($47), but it was just a few steps from the area and the check in line to get into the arena went really fast! We were in line for 15 minutes tops!

My first game here was Boston Celtics at LA Lakers on 1/23/2025, won by the Lakers. It was a fantastic experience!

We arrived early, and enjoyed looking at the statues of Kobe et al. outside. Entry was well-controlled. Once inside, we walked a lap taking in the sights of the arena. It’s just an iconic place to visit. There were two Kobe-signed basketballs on display.

The tickets were quite expensive which we understood given the two teams playing, and we took (relatively) cheaper seats. When we sat, we were very happy with the view, close to the arena band (see my photographs).

It was great to be so close to the x17 Championship flags, and all the retired shirts. It’s a place everyone should visit when they can - we’re glad we did!
