We had a family event at Crystal Ballroom. Upon walking in, the atmosphere felt beautiful and the set up was 10/10. You can tell management does everything on point and all the servers and staff go above and beyond expectations. They had many appetizers to choose from and the drink service was fast. Dinner was around 10. Food came out on time and warm. There was two options for dinner to choose from; steak or fish. I decided to go with fish and it was delicious. I will always recommend this hall to anyone.

I strongly advise against using this venue for any event. If you're looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience, this is absolutely not the place. The owner and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. The decor is of poor quality and looks cheap, and the venue itself is shockingly dirty. The restrooms, in particular, are in deplorable condition and have an unbearable odor.

I hired Tony for two separate events, and both times he was a huge disappointment. He is dishonest, and while you might think you're saving money by hiring him, you'll quickly realize you aren't—and you'll deeply regret the decision. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable, professional venue and team for your event.

I had my niece's Communion there can’t thank you enough Tonee for making this happen. Everything was awesome. Great food was excellent. Couldn’t ask for anything more

Crystall Ballroom is the most fantastic wedding venue in El Cajon, California. The interior designs and the lighting is fabulous using a lot of colors and their decorations and LED lights which makes the whole place shine like a diamond. Crystal ballroom is the ultimate best place to celebrate your special day I’ve been to this place on numerous occasions for different weddings, and every time they come up with different designs for decorations and light settings And the food is also great. The stuff is very nice and kind like true professionals.
