Rich did a fantastic job setting up my new Martin D35. It had some issues from the previous owner but Rich did careful work resolving those and making it look and sound brand new!

This happened a couple months ago but I forgot to leave a review. I purchased a new Strymon guitar pedal, took it home, and realized the mix knob wasn't working correctly. I called the next day and the gal that helped me was so helpful. She said they had just recieved a new one and she would hold it for me. When I arrived it wasn't only held for me, but she had already processed the exchange. I love visiting this store for the wonderful selection and. The incredible staff.

I highly recommend Dietze Music Briarhurst. I went guitar shopping for the first time in 20 years. Tim and Hailey were most helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me very good advice which helped me make the decision of which guitar to buy. Even though I’ve been playing the guitar for 20 years, I don’t consider myself very musically inclined. Hailey and Tim put me at ease, and made the entire experience very enjoyable. The staff here is always super friendly. They are always willing to pull stuff out even when you are up front about just looking around.
