Needed a flute for a band competition. Of course my daughter didn’t tell me hers was broken until the very last minute. They rushed the order and stayed open just a couple minutes past closing so that I could get there! These guys are amazing 10 out of 10 recommend!! I've been coming to Dietze since I started playing music in middle school. Now, as a college music student, I highly recommend Dietze for anyone in Nebraska. The repair technician, Andy, is incredibly knowledgeable and has always repaired my instruments promptly and has never over charged me.

We had an awesome experience with Dietze Music. We worked with Mike and he was incredibly helpful, and put in extra effort to ensure that we had what we needed. We had a piano delivered to us, and the whole process was really smooth. Mike was courteous in giving me phone calls about delivery updates. The store is very clean and welcoming as well. Great selection, and would recommend to everyone.

I was sold the wrong item and they were happy to refund my $ with original receipt since I had already gotten a replacement part. It would have been nice to get the right part the first time but no problem in receiving a refund. They are my go to place for strings and a great asset to the Lincoln area. So if you need anything music related I recommend Dietze Music in Lincoln Ne and there are 2 locations.
