Nice little literal underground record shop. If I lived closer, I would go every day, but then again, I’d be broke. I got a bonus CD by accident, but found a great resting place for it. Definitely worth the stop, don’t sleep on this gem of a place

Hands down one of the best record stores I have been in. A vast and variety filled collection, with reasonable prices. Even collection items and rare/unique finds come at an amazing value. Employee was kind, conversational, and very helpful. They expressed the owners love for the collection, and explained the care that went into the large array of cds and vinyls. A rare find of a shop, with many gems to find.

This may very well be the best record store I have come across. I am from Nashville, and frequent record stores there and in Chicago (which I visit pretty regularly). Not only was the owner, Tom, super helpful; He was really cool and showed us a few things he had just ordered from Europe. Though I also really wanted either the original “Atom Heart Mother” or “The Downward Spiral” proudly displayed on the wall, I went with this copy of “Ænema” because I’m a huge tool fan and I couldn’t believe I was seeing it in a store. I could have spent 4 grand in there very easily if I were a rich man. From “Kate Bush” to “The Who” to “Ministry”, this record store had a better selection than any of the other much larger record stores I’ve visited. Finally, the girl that checked me out was also very friendly and competent. 6/5 stars for going above and beyond everyone else.

This is a super-neat record store! Honestly, there was so much good stuff in there that it was almost overwhelming. However, the proprietor was very knowledgeable and helpful, so if you’re looking for something in particular, this is the place to try first because, chances are that they will have it.

This record store is amazing! Tom is super friendly and knowledgeable about rock recordings. If you are a fan of 60s,70s, and 80s music, you can find even obscure recordings. Plus, Tom can give you interesting knowledge about the artists and history of these albums, cds, ect. Music fans could spend multiple hours perusing this collection of L.P.'S

Love Vinyl: Pin this as a destination!
Fantastic Inventory of Vinyl (mostly original), CD's, Cassettes, VHS Tapes, Books and more.
Set aside time for yourself to truly enjoy and appreciate what's in stock. I was in for just under an hour. I could have spent another hour searching, sorting and such.
So what's in stock? Original albums by Bob Newhart and Redd Fox to Disney Story Albums and most likely your favorite artist.
Album art has been lost, so its wonderful for me to be able to look through a vinyl library like this. Cuts across all genres. If it is not here, it doesn't exist or it is a unicorn that will eventually find its way here.
I flipped through records from the 1940's to present. Some having the factory seal and original sticker price.
Great for the collector and connoisseur to the casual and novice.
Price points are good.

Great record store inside the Arlington Hotel. Chock full of new and vintage records, cds, and audio equipment. Owner is very nice and knowledgeable. Picked up an OG Ramones s/t and some others. Recommend!

Wow! What an amazing place with a huge variety of selection. Got an original press Cocteau Twins Record here! I was honestly overwhelmed with options (in a good way). Definitely will be back for more.
