Been working with DTMM for a while now. I have mostly worked with Missy (booker) and they are super responsive and very pleasant to work with. I would not recommend this agency to anyone, especially newer models (if you are still learning the industry). I was in contact with Ryan Kocol, was asked to set up a meeting and then they completely ghosted me and wouldn’t respond to my follow up emails. That’s a huge red flag. If they are that careless communicating with potential models, imagine how they could be once they get even more relaxed with you. very unprofessional

My son is a model at this agency and they are very attentive to his needs. The owner is amazing and his agent has helped him get work with big names such as Adidas, Nike, Converse, Apple, Moschino, Wrangler, and more... He was very green when he started and they developed him nicely.

Awful experience signing with DT for the time I was. I got really weird and impersonable vibes from them as a whole from the start but went ahead and signed with them anyway. Bad choice, I highly advise to check out any other agency first if you’re a model, they’ll know about castings for weeks and know if your an option for a job but will not tell you for some reason until a day, sometimes hours beforehand and you’re expected to have to cancel any prior commitments on their call regardless of anything at all. Even if you ask multiple times to know the full time frames of the casting (12-4, 10-5, etc) they’re still take it upon themselves to dictate when a client will be seeing you even if the client never gave direction for it (2pm sharp) and refuse to meet you in the middle. They speak to their models in a very forceful, controlling and manipulative manner. I work with a different agency now and they always tell you ahead of time, speak to you not at you and don’t have power hunger control issues. Try other agencies first, this is last resort! ?
