I know the owner is going to reply to this message judging by how he defends every low review in past reviews lol and that should tell you everything in itself. Tried to go into this record store just now to search for a record that I didn’t want to catch the bus to Berkeley for (they’re more professional and less emotional) and the owner kinda yelled as I was walking in. CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING. Really aggressive cotton master type of energy. Long story short, I turned around and went right to Berkeley lmao. Do not buy here, everyone that has “Black Lives Matter” in their business window do not believe that

One of the best places to buy records. They even have a local band section. And, idk if they're the owner, but the person at front when we visited is super cool.

These guys are fantastic. Went here to get a replacement stylus for my son's record player, they were super knowledgable and helped me out, showed me how to change the stylus, and when I couldn't do it at home, I brought the record player in, and they did it for me. You don't see that kind of personal service anymore and these people don't suck. And I wasn't even shopping for records. Imagine!? Five stars.

When it comes to black music, the selection isn’t that great, but the store was super clean and the guy was very open to helping us find records! The area surrounding was a bit dirty as well.

A great place to buy all kinds of records! I find something almost every time I visit. Also one of the best places to sell your records! I have sold hundreds of records here and always been given a fair price for them in cash or trade! Highly recommended.

Good customer service. I had a lot of vinyl records to sell to Econo Jams Records. The records were rated on a scale to purchase and got a good return for them. I am glad I came on a weekday instead of a weekend day. It is a good place to shop. All vinyl records from all genres.

I love the way each record is so clearly labeled here– it makes it easy to quickly identify what you're looking at while flipping through them. Prices for new records are fair (maybe $1-2 more than Amazon, which is reasonable) and prices for used records are absolutely stellar, with many under $5. They also have a decent selection to choose from, though be warned that the vast majority is rock or rock-adjacent and I wouldn't come here expecting to see much mainstream pop, for example. There are some other genre sections (including records in other languages), but they're sparser. Lastly, I like that they carry records from local musicians. I'll definitely be back!
