No service upon entry of the building. No assistance from staff in explanation of available work. Prior employees of this company were much motivated in matching employees with employment. They need to step their game up.

They had an opening for a recruiter position. As I gave her my information for my resume I mentioned that I wanted to apply for that position as well. The lady proceeded to ask me why and that their were many other qualified people for the position then I was. Whether or not I was qualified, there was no reason that should have been said. People now days don't want to train they expect for one to already know everything and not giving me an opportunity was a good decision, because someone actually did! Thank you Elwood staff for making me feel undervalued and not capable of letting me show the best of me!

In November 2019 I was looking for employment. Elwood Staffing had helped my daughter find employment awhile back and she was very happy with them. I went in and tested, filled out paperwork and they called me a few days later. I interviewed with my current employer (Insurance agency) and they hired me right away. I love my job. I am very pleased with the staff of Elwood Staffing. They followed up with me and made sure I was satisfied with my job.
