Enchanted Christmas Village has been our most fun Christmas experience in Jacksonville this year. There was a lot to do and see - a huge and beautiful Christmas tree with lights that perform to music, cards for the troops, cookie decorating, gingerbread house decorating, bounce houses, and beautiful lights everywhere. I loved the Spanish food truck and my parents went crazy over the local barbecue food truck, everyone said the barbecue was really good. We got some amazing photos of the kids because of all the lights. My son loved the talking reindeer and dancing to the Christmas performer singing. My daughter loved all of the crafts and seeing Santa. We went on a Sunday and didn’t wait long at all to see Santa. Someone that came up in the line had a reservation but the reservation time hasn’t come yet so we still got to go before them. The whole experience reminded me of a more beautiful version of Adventure Landings Winter Fest with higher quality crafts and added entertainment.

We went last year and it was amazing! Santa and his elves were so fun and energetic and we received high quality photos-- buying the package was worth every penny! The kids loved the ride to see all the lights and enjoyed doing some crafts. We are so excited it will be closer to us and we will get to spend more time there this year. They did an awesome job-- especially with it being their first year-- and we can't wait to visit this coming year!

We attended the enchanted Christmas village last year during the day and had a great time but due to the distance and ages of our kids we were unable to see the lights at night. The new venue is just around the corner from us so we took the opportunity to go see the lights. They are amazing! We loved singing Christmas Carols on the tractor ride, making gingerbread houses, eating dinner by the fire and walking down the lighted paths. The Santa set up is top notch and there’s plenty of things to see and do. My four year old keeps asking when we can go back. Definitely something we’ll continue to do year after year.

From the very drive in the Enchanted Christmas Village is beautifully decorated and such a fun experience. They have tons and tons of amazing lights, Santa, a live nativity scene, vendors and yummy food trucks! Fun events with a live DJ like a lip syncing contest and tons of cool vendors. We had so much fun and we would definitely recommend this experience to others.

My husband and I volunteered our time last year and also took our daughter as guests and we had a blast! Our daughter was 2 years old at the time and had a ton of energy. It was nice to be in a place where we could let her run around and be a kid. When we take her to most events we have her glued to our side, but we didn't need to do that there. She loved the hayride through the woods to see the lights and she loved the cookie decorating the most. Plus we can never get her to sit still for a photo and she actually took photos with Santa which was impressive, even for us and my husband is a photographer haha! 🙂 While we were working we had so many people come up and tell us how much they loved it. I even had strangers giving me hugs, which was kind of awesome. It was nice to see that our hard work had paid off. Reading the negative reviews is frustrating because there will always be people who you can't please and people who are unhappy seem to get behind a keyboard to write a negative review, but when people are happy they move on with their lives. However, that doesn't mean there weren't thousands of happy people who came through. I would know, they all hugged me! 😉

I went to the Enchanted Christmas last year with my family and my 3 year old son to have breakfast with Santa. We all had a great time! Everything was well prepared, the food was great, and the the kids had fun! From the arts and crafts, to making ginger houses, there was lots to do! I would recommend it to everyone!

Don't waste your money or time! First off admission is expensive. After you enter there is a huge pavilion with people selling stuff and a stage. Behind that are bathrooms, overpriced food trucks and a beer tent. There are tables to dine and food and drinks are expensive! The lights are 90% red/blue/yellow/green combination everywhere you go. When you go down the trail there is a place where you can get a picture with Santa, also very expensive and it takes FOREVER! Plus you will wait in line for a long time and they just let in groups of people in front of you who have "reservations". Never do they warm you about that before getting in line. After that is the "hayride". It lasts probably 3-5 minutes and is not spectacular at all. Then the trail brings you back to the pavilion... what a ripoff! Don't waste your time or money here. It would of been more fun to drive around and look at Christmas lights then go to the mall for Santa pics. My advice is to avoid this place!

*Other people were upset and got out of line too. I wasn't throwing a fit by any means, was just upset we wasted our time and money there. I hope others will take the warning. For $60 I feel ripped off! The lights were the same colors and the wagon ride was quick and had to wait for car traffic. Sad you can't take the criticism from an actual real review rather than all these fake 5 star ones from before you even opened. My advice, avoid this place and do a trolley tour.

Enchanted Christmas Village is such a spectacular holiday experience for the family. The whole place was decorated like we were actually at the North Pole. Jesus, Mary, and Joseph were there with a donkey and 2 sheep, and my daughter was able to pet them and say hello to the Holy Family. Then we had an awesome photo session with Santa, and got a great deal for all the photos on a USB (way cheaper & BETTER than the mall in my opinion). There was a cute little photo booth with cut-outs for selfies too! Super cute. Then we headed to the bounce house, passed by some more unique lights, then set off on a wagon ride through the beautifully lit path. All the coordinators and helpers were dressed as elves, and it made the experience extraordinary for the children. There were vendors all around in the pavilion - a great way to get some unique Christmas gifts in that you can't find elsewhere! There was even a performance of the Girls' Local Dance team Grace Conservatory - my daughter loved it, cause I think she's aspiring to be in a dance team. Then we decorated cookies, gingerbread houses, and wrote letters to Santa. The only two things that were a bit disappointing was that there were only 2 food options: Bratwurst Food Truck & a Wood-Fire Pizza booth. The food was still great though! I just think if there were more than 2 options, we wouldn't have to wait as long to eat! Secondly, they advertised Face Art/Face Painting, but the night we went (December 2nd) they didn't have it available. That was disappointing since we were looking forward to it. However, the night was still so amazing & I highly recommend it to anyone with young children 🙂 So worth it!
