I tried it back in around October. Seemed pretty great at first. Then they mentioned classes, and how even though I missed up, I was still eligible. Agencies shouldn’t even offer classes, so that’s a red flag. They also expected TV style acting for a commercial script, which has a very different style. After getting a call, I was told someone would reach out, months later nothing. It was for the best. It’s basically a scam.
No agency should charge you for classes. You either got it or not and you move from there. Please do research before anything…

Remember a LEGIT agent cannot teach or offer acting classes, or charge you a penny for anything. Plus they get paid the 20% or 10% agency fee when you get booked by the production company so that you don’t have to pay it which every production company in the nation will tell you that is their commission and if you submitted yourself there wouldn’t be a agency fee thus they legally cannot charge a additional 20% non-union or 10% union without violating the law and the IRS because you have a tax obligation on the amount you should have received.

My daughter signed with them and was booked for her first national commercial within six months. Also, I never heard of Evolution requiring their talent to take a "specific" program for training, but like most agencies, they want their talent actively training for growth. Since signing to Evolution, my daughter has booked several projects, including a new commercial that was just released last week and a role in a Netflix movie that is scheduled for release in December. We're grateful to be part of their team 🙂

They are a scam. At first they seem legit. They say all the right things like, u don’t pay for an agent and they only get paid if you get paid. Etc but then they say they really like you but first they think you need more experience so they offer a training t program that’s thousands of dollars!! And I did more research the owner is either like owns it or part owns the program- or somehow works with them. So they are a scam just trying to get money from you

We are very pleased with Evolution agency. My 7yo son signed with Evolution back in August 2018 and have had bookings and multiple auditions since. I love how responsive everyone has been in answering and addressing all my questions and concerns! Everyone is so professional and very nice at Evolution! Thank you to Scott, Amber and Beth for giving my son such a wonderful opportunity in the entertainment world.

Evolution is a great agency! It shows they really care about their talent and work hard for them. Beth is excellent with answering questions right away and suggesting things that would help my daughter excel. We also work with Amber and she is amazing as well! Before I was fortunate enough to sign with Evolution, I was signed to John Casablanca. It was the worst experience I've had since I decided to pursue my dreams of being an actor/model. I heard about evolution through Elexis Ross who was also signed with John Casablanca. Upon being signed I spoke with Matthew Gonzales and I immediately caught a great vibe from him. He explained what Evolution was all about and he insured that they were dedicated to their talent, and that they were truly a legit agency. After booking my first gig with the Military I was congratulated by the entire staff. It was a great feeling and a major turning point in my life. Since then I have have booked several commercials as an extra and I couldn't be more pleased with the exposure I'm getting on the behalf of Evolution. My family believes in Evolution and I don't hesitate when asked who I'm signed with. I just want to say thank you to the entire staff and I promise I will uphold the brand with respect and class!

My son has been represented by Evolution since he was six years old (he’s now 14) and our experience has been wonderful. This agency has such integrity and is always looking out for my sons best interest. They are quick to respond to emails and phone messages and support parents of young clients.
