I have had storage units for several years in several different cities, but the Extra Space storage on Country club in Palm Desert has hands down been the best one,
The facility is immaculate. Everything mechanical works like a charm, gates open codes work , etc. But by far the best features were driven by the excellent staff of this facility.
Check-in and check-out were seamless and painless. They were willing to work with me if I needed extra time. Samantha and staff were courteous and efficient, they were present and available to help but never intrusive. I highly recommend them.

Sarah was able to help us find exactly what we needed in a storage locker. She explained the size and cost options clearly and answered all our questions thoroughly. She focused on our needs and showed us several choices and we quickly found the right choice. She made sure we understood the gate and locker procedures. She is very friendly and easy to work with and really knows lockers. Very happy with the service we received.
