Extra Space Storage

I have had storage units for several years in several different cities, but the Extra Space storage on Country club in Palm Desert has hands down been the best one, The facility is immaculate. Everything mechanical works like a charm, gates open codes work , etc. But by far the best features were driven by the excellent staff of this facility. Check-in and check-out were seamless and painless. They were willing to work with me if I needed extra time. Samantha and staff were courteous and efficient, they were present and available to help but never intrusive. I highly recommend them.

Sarah was able to help us find exactly what we needed in a storage locker. She explained the size and cost options clearly and answered all our questions thoroughly. She focused on our needs and showed us several choices and we quickly found the right choice. She made sure we understood the gate and locker procedures. She is very friendly and easy to work with and really knows lockers. Very happy with the service we received.

This is a great location and it's all because of Sarah. I have had a unit here for a couple of years now and Sarah is amazing to work with. She is very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The best part is she actually follows through, and returns calls.

Good place with HUGE units. We get semis delivering for us and they don't have a problem driving in or turning around.
