Scott, the owner of Exum and engineer, is a highly skilled professional. I have recorded 2 full length albums via analog tape with Scott and would highly recommend him. So many engineers do not have the skills to record via analog these days so it was great to work with Scott. His skills are diverse and unmatched. Scott has a great ear for a variety of musical types and the albums I recorded with him were very different. I am a drummer and drums are relatively complex to record. Scott really dialed my drums in and they sound great on both recordings. I highly recommend Scott and his excellent facility.

Scott is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in what he does. I first visited the studio a few years back. It was my first time recording and had no idea what to expect. He took the time to ensure that I did my best possible. An explanation was given everytime we did something new. He is very friendly and I really enjoyed working with him .

I went back a few a days ago and he gave me the best support ever! Again, he went above and beyond for me. I am confident that he does this for EVERY single client. Thank you Scott!

I highly recommend Exum Recording!! Had my first session today and Scott was able to mix and master one of my songs I have wanting to record for sometime and in such a short amount of time! He is super friendly, efficient and overall the process was smooth sailing and fun! I look forward to recording a few of my other songs and hopefully get my boyfriend who is also a musician to hop on board. Worth every penny!

We had a great time working with Scott recording our first EP. His 40+ years of experience shows in his preparation for our session and his speed behind the console and on ProTools. We were able to get so much done in so little time it was unbelievable. He was always ready to go and he made everything sound great. Scott far exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended. We will be going to him for all our future studio recording.
