I am extremely grateful for this local establishment for providing the residents of Los Alamos a clean place to do laundry. They offer 6 washers and 6 dryers, which are regularly maintained and kept clean. Bring cash to exchange for rolls of quarters at the counter. Enjoy some coffee, tea, boba or other refreshments and snacks as you wait. If you go early enough, breakfast burritos are even available for purchase. This has also become a place for my kids and I to come and rent a movie on the weekends to have a movie night. It was awesome getting to show my little ones how we used to go to the video store and rent movies when I was a kid. We love Film Festival!

My kids and I were camping at Bandelier. Came to los álamos to see the museum and get some supplies.
Needed to do laundry so we stopped by. Had a five dollar bill and needed some change.
The clerk wouldn't give me change for my 5. Said I would need to get a 10 dollar roll of quarters. This is a poor policy for visitors to the community. Just do laundry before and after visiting this area. Don't expect any courtesy.
I also greeted a couple of people in the establishment and was ignored.

I hope the people of Los Alamos appreciate what they have here. This place accomplishes no less than 3 services and does it in a clean establishment with extremely reasonable prices. The country would be a better place with more businesses like Film Festival.

Six laundry machines available. $3.50/load for washers. $1.50/load dryers. Area is clean and well maintained.

Coffee is good, but I would steer clear of the bubble tea. It is all fruity flavors for the base tea and the pearls are not solid tapioca balls, they are thin and filled with very strong flavors. I found it really gross actually - but I'm used to solid tapioca pearls - others may like the sensation?

Such a lovely place for your weekly laundry! The staff is very friendly and helpful. As I was new to the place he even taught me how to operate the machine and other stuffs. You could enjoy the coffee or other juice items available in house. Worth every penny!

Great place to rent movies. They also have large cookies and many different kids of drinks from coffee to boba to Italian soda. In the morning there are also burritos occasionally scones, pastries, and muffins. Not much has changed, but recently they have added a few grab and go items to purchase

Went into do laundry and was disappointed that the actual business hours didn’t reflect the business hours posted online. Had to leave and come back. Paid 3.50 for one washer load and another $1.50 to dry. Very clean - and cool atmosphere! I got a cup of coffee while I waited and browsed the movie rentals. Nice combo of business ventures. 😉
