Husband was a concierge patient who was ghosted in October, 2024 when he desperately needed medical attention. I called the office four times over two days and never received a return call. $1,000 doesn't get you much these days. Not even the courtesy of a telephone call.

Dr. Landfield has been my general practitioner for over 6 years. His staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Landfield is kind, caring and has the best sense of humor. He genuinely cares about his patients' well being. He takes the time to thoroughly answer your questions. I can't imagine having another general doctor. Which is why I truly hope he never retires!

I am a new patient for Dr. Landfield and was delighted when he took the time to personally get to know me. He was interested and interesting. He reviewed my medications, made recommendations and changes and coordinated a full array of lab work. His staff was helpful and friendly and I left feeling that I had made a good decision.

I'm a relatively new patient of Doctor Landfield, and am very happy so far after my first couple of visits. I moved from San Francisco where I had a primary care physician, and wanted a primary care physician local in Marin. His staff was great, text reminders for appointments, and Doctor Landfield took a lot of time with me during a recent annual physical reviewing lab results, etc. Glad I found him as I'm not a fan of concierge medicine or working with multiple doctors in a larger practice.

My MD of many many years retired several months ago and it took me a couple of months to find a doctor that was accepting new patients. Well it was worth the wait! I didn't have any "illness" reasons to see the Dr., but was booked an initial "meet and greet" appointment. I was told the appointment would take about 30 minutes, and possibly a 30 minute wait time. I arrived to my appointment on time and was called in for my appointment after a 10 minute wait time (which in my experience with all doctors is pretty good!). As I was waiting and other patients were coming in and out, I noticed that the staff members knew everyone by name, without having to ask their name.
Dr. Landfield came in and introduced himself, shook my hand and immediately made me feel comfortable. We spent the next 20-ish minutes going through my health history and I felt that was genuinely paying attention to me (he was taking notes but not on a computer so he was making eye contact with me, unlike the ONE Medical doctor I tried out). All in all, it was a good first visit, and I imagine that they will all be as complete and thorough.

As a chiropractor, I can be damn critical of MD’s. Even though I’m almost 68, this was the first time I used my Medicare card. Dr Landfield did a thorough exam, a very good assessment, ordered appropriate (simple) test, and got it done. A nice guy. Funny, too

This is a great practice. The staff are super nice and efficient. I’ve always gotten an appointment fast and seen on time. They got me an approval with insurance for a specialist referal to a doctor that agreed to see me the next day! They even called or emeailed in my prescription and my pharmacy texted me it was ready just as I waked to my car in the doctors lot.

The only sort of sad thing is Nurse Practitioner Deborah told me she is retiring. She has been great. I’m happy for her but sad to see her leave. She was my first point of contact here when I was making calls to doctors offices to see whom I wanted to pick as my primary care. She gave me the impression over the phone that she and the staff care and they proved it to me over the last 2 ½ years here.

I’m sure Dr Landfield will find a suitable replacement. He has a great demeanor and also seems to care about his patients more than just as canon fodder to shuttle in and shuttle out to collect the $$.

You won’t feel like a number or an unimportant zombie here. It’s a good medical practice.
