My first time in there, I was helping family out there in Lancaster and I came from South LA. When I’m in a new area I love looking for Record stores and I found the right one, if you still rock the cassettes they have those as well, I’m a Vinyl and CD person and they had a nice selection of both…. Service was outstanding and friendly, these are the places I like. Ameba record is cool but you don’t get that service you’d get at a place like this one. They had a piece or documentary playing about Randy Rhodes and that’s when the conversations started, I will definitely come back when I’m in Lancaster…

I’ve been in hundreds of record stores and this one is exceptional. Incredible collection of memorabilia and instruments and the used vinyl is wide ranging and includes many gems. Reasonably priced. Wayne the proprietor has a long history locally and in the music community, and is an expert particularly in regard to local heroes captain beefheart, Frank Zappa, and John French. And he is a great pop-pop to his grandkids. Worth a visit for sure!

My grandson has discovered vinyl! We've been here twice so far and have enjoyed this little record store, lots to look at and hard decisions to be made! The owner (I'm assuming) is knowledgeable and always directly speaks to my 10yo grandson about his record choices. We will be back for sure!

The owner Wayne and his store is super nice, he'll talk to you if you wanna talk to just let you space out and go craye digging, the whole experience is so fun it is a huge variety of records to go through so you can spend awhile if you wanna just exploring there's everything from the latest mainstream Taylor Swift records to obscure Frank Zappa. You really get to have the cathartic moment of finding something you wouldnt expect, i wanted Patty Smyth's solo debut Never Enough (which isnt on Spotify for some reason) and not only was it there it was a rare promo edition of it from 1987, all for $8.00.
I also learned i can do special orders so immediatly placed two of them to complete my Phoebe Bridgers & side projects discography.
On a side note, i am a trans person and staff and all the customers were super polite and welcoming towards me and this is a place ill use instead of amazon or ebay every time, not just because its a nice place to go or to support a local small business but their prices are very reasonable and competitive as well.

Great LP's good prices, best Jazz I have seen. As well 2 Led Zeppelin never seen before. Very talented easy to work guy runs store. Wayne is a pro and his store is as well. If you want a better store, go to LA ( if you dare), and get lost at Amoeba Records. Other than that, this is my favorite place to shop music. More verity than the other stores, many albums that are not elsewhere.
