Jacob was my go-to person throughout my entire experience with Future State Careers.

Having never worked with this agent before I would recommend them 100%. Never in my lifetime of job hunting and applying have I ever had someone as pleasant, kind, and forthright in helping me successfully find a job.

Jacob was always pleasant, easy to deal with, and most importantly he was transparent and honest. If he said I'd meet someone I met them. If he said he would call at a specific time he did it. His professionalism was off the charts.

He prepared me well for interviews and meetings with staff members of the company I interviewed with.

His preparation and my skillset made the transition from phone interview to in-person interview to accepting an offer pretty flawless.

Would work with them in the future. Definitely would work with him again he is a great great person, a wonderful resourceful, and knowledgeable person and someone I hold in high regard.

I worked with Austin and was soo happy I did. He was extremely communicative on everything throughout the process. Reached out everyday even if we didn't have news yet on the position, he would still reach out and check in and let me know we were still waiting.
