Came into the shop and the employees were very friendly and nice. Nice atmosphere. But I was getting ready to leave and noticed there was a Pikachu looking action figure in the display case with all of the switch stuff. I asked one of the employees about it and he began to tell me that it was a mobile charging pikachu. Looked pretty cool. He told me that it would charge my switch all I needed to do was put batteries in it. I asked him if it would break my switch, if it was a legit Nintendo product and if it was for the switch. He guaranteed me that it was. He said Nintendo was really pushing this product to charge switches on the go a while ago. He told me it would not break my switch. That it was made for the switch. And I was very serious when I asked these questions because I don't hook anything up to my switch unless it's made for it. I went home and did a little more research and realized it is in fact not a unit to charge your switch with it's specifically says online not to use it to charge your switch. It's made as a mobile phone charger. Took me about 5 minutes to do this research once I got home. You should really know the products that you're selling. I could have destroyed my switch using this. Very unhappy. This is ridiculous. He assured me that it was to charge my switch. All he had to do was a little bit of research to realize that's in fact not what it was. Ridiculous.

You cannot beat the awesomeness of the staff, it's always a pleasure to go in there. They treat you right, and they have been fair with the price of what I sold them. This place is a total rip off. I brought in a $700 computer. They wanted to give me 110 bucks for it. I had it reset the factory and they said that’s not good enough they have to upload their own employees profile on it and then wipe it again, the manager is clueless. Go to the one in Fort Smith. You’ll get better service.

Don't go here cause when you buy something and something happens to it the don't want to exchange it they want you to pay money with what you done purchased to get a new one I'll never go back here and I spend a lot of money in there

First time shopping here was helped by young man as soon as he seen me looking around. They had a great selection of PS2 games they didn't have the game I wanted the most mortal Kombat or twisted metal but I got some good ones anyway. All the staff seemed to be working or cleaning and organizing. the atmosphere was nice relaxed as they were joking back and forth. Will definitely be back great job

The prices are reasonably competitive, although some aspects may be excessive. However, the staff occasionally lacks enthusiasm in providing assistance. On certain occasions, they can be very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment as it is the only gaming store in the vicinity, apart from Walmart. The alternative option would be to travel across the bridge to fortsmouth.
