If you are going to issue tickets and say the ticket is available to be paid online, make that option available or this is on purpose so they can charge and additional $250, warrant and license suspension. I was told there are many reasons you are unable to find your ticket online and most were because someone didn’t do their job and entered wrong. The clerks office were the only one able to find record of the ticket, not even a state trooper could find information about a warrant.

There are a couple of women in the County Clerk’s Office who are the most unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional gals I’ve dealt with in a while. These women refused to print my absentee ballot even with an acceptable reason given! One woman actually yawned right in front of me mid conversation. She also played attorney and told me that “laws have changed.” She really didn’t seem bright enough to be a law scholar, nor did her cohort. They did not want to “work” I suppose…. Must suck to hate your career. ?

There is a reason why they are rated 2.1 stars. I got a ticket and it took me several days to get ahold of someone to pay it and ask any questions. When I finally got ahold of someone they gave me the wrong information about the date I needed to have driving school completed. I was told by my court date but after driving school was over I called the courts and they said I had to have had it done 30 days after paying my ticket. So not only are they impossible to get ahold of they will give you inconsistent information and waste your time and money. They are crooked.

I think in this day and age, if they accept online payment, they should accept online deferment or something. I’ve had over 30 days to take care of a traffic citation and when I got paid, we’ve had snow and multiple days below freezing. My appearance date was the 19th. Because I waited until this week and was snowed in so I can get to court by my date, it’s pay your fine or you “possibly” will get a warrant for failure to appear.

Now, I’m sure they would say, you had days before. Then I say but my date was the 19th blah blah blah back and forth. Now, both time I called last week and this week 2 different people on the phone but both were as nice as they could be. I know of they wanted to help, because if there was any possible way to help a disabled vet that got confused on renewing his tags, they would have instead of verify how much has to be paid.

Nobody answers the phone and after 15 minutes of holding an automated message plays and then hangs up on you. I’ve tried 4 times now with no luck.

I have been paying all the electric bills for over a year despite having someone else name on the home ...Thanks to the judges at Hot Springs Court House. The other person turned in false documents as in multiple one was not even signed so the documents was not enforced. I even spoke with the HS Postmaster and his name was written on the document as well as others but he knows nothing of what is going on. I filed to get the other person who has failed to pay on multiple insurance policies among other deceitful acts and the judges were hoodwinked so easily. I am now a veteran am being taking advantage of and they turned their backs on me ...
