I love this school out in LA! The classes are small, the teachers are very knoweledgeable, experienced and passionate about their subjects. I've had the fortune to meet many instructors including Dan, Darryl, Darren, Loren, Josh, Joe and Brett so far. Kudos to Dave Garnish for having such an amazing staff! They make the school what it is! Dave is also very responsive to students and cool. The school offers affordable tuition and there's a feeling of family here. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in continuing their path to musical knowledge and growth.

This school is an awesome place with a lot of talent and professional teachers. I had a wonderful experience here and I’m sure I will be back. If you are interested in learning and seeing a new and different perspective of the concepts you might or might not already know then this music school will not disappoint! This is such a great school with a wonderful roster of enthusiastic, expert, and encouraging instructors. I feel I learned so much in a short period of time, everything from music theory to sound design to arrangement and far more. I highly recommend! I plan to take more classes over the years!! You make lots of connections as well and have the opportunity to have continual support throughout your music journey.

I had the most excellent experience at Garnish. I came into the class knowing absolutely nothing about Logic, and when the course ended in 4 short weeks, I feel able to start producing! The teachers are great, the class was small so I got individualized attention, and the content was very useful. I definitely recommend this class to anyone who works in music in any capacity: musician, singer, producer, engineer, ect.

I began at Garnish a month ago and took the beginning DAW course for Ableton Live. It was absolutely phenomenal and elevated my production so rapidly it made my head spin. Zack Johnson is an outstanding, knowledgeable, and beginner-friendly teacher who will help you look at music through an entirely new lens. I have gained an entirely new fondness and appreciation toward the artists and music I listen to everyday. I am now in the Producer Program and will continue on into the Academy. If you're on the fence, don't walk... RUN to sign up at Garnish!

I did some classes remotely with Garnish. The experience was amazing. They have these special cameras, which pan to whoever's talking in the room, so you really feel like you are in the room with the in-person students. I don't think you'll get that anywhere else

Great school! Had an awesome time there and learned a lot in a short amount of time. Both, production and Dj classes are good fun. And you learn from industry professionals, who has been in the music industry for many years.

Paid a deposit for my son's school a few years ago. He missed the first day and they wouldn't let him start or refund the money. I think the guys name I communicated with name is Dave. Total crooks don't recommend them at all. $500 they took.
