David, Wayne and Dale are the best customer service folks I've ever met. I bought the first issue of a 001 parlour guitar that knocked me out. I've been a Martin, Guild player and compare this guitar with 00 Martin's, Taylor's and Eastmans priced at $1K or more. This Gold Tone stands up to every one of them!

I purchased the Gold Tone Bluegrass Heart Bela Fleck Banjo and I love it. The sound and feel are amazing. Plus the customer service was excellent. When I ordered the banjo they were out of the walnut armrest. David from customer service reached out to me and we changed the order to birch. About two months later David sent me the walnut armrest for free.

I was looking on the website to see if they had an OB250 banjo in stock but I didn’t see it. Suddenly A chap popped up, a guy named David asked “what are you looking for ?”. I explained and he say, “yes we have one in stock.” I told him I would be by tomorrow and he said he would get one set up.
When we arrived David greeted us and showed me the banjo which I played for about 30 minutes. I decided to get it and David said he would get it ready. As we watched from the second floor window a tech, disassembled, reassembled, cleaned, measured, polished and double checked every part of my new banjo and we headed home. Last night we had our weekly 2 hour gospel/ bluegrass picking session at the church and the new OB250 did great. It is easy to play, stayed in tune and projected well enough to not need a microphone.
A super banjo and a super buying experience.

The staff there were extremely friendly and very informative. The owner talked with me well past closing time chatting with me, showing me around and filling me with lots of very helpful information and knowledge. You can tell they love what they do and they treat their customers like family. We have a true gem of a store in this town for any musician just starting out or already experienced. A great selection of stringed instruments too.

We had no idea what to expect inside, part warehouse part workshop would’ve been my guess. I wasn’t sure it was a place to buy guitar strings. We were very impressed with the service. It was warehouse, workshop AND store. Justin helped us right away and took the the time to show my son some guitar basics and offer advice. I would recommend this place for guitar needs.

Incredible instruments and incredible service. I damaged my GT750 and within a few minutes of chatting with the Gold Tone team, I had a tracking number for replacement parts at no charge!
