Whether it’s going in for a flight or tasting or picking up a full case of Chardonnay, I love going to Golden Star. Lee & Helen are the sweetest hosts and make everyone feel really welcome.

They have live music many weekends and I absolutely love the comfortable casual vibe. I also like how you can bring your own food to eat while you’re there - so sometimes we’ll sit outside and eat or at the tables inside. There’s plenty of room indoors and outdoors.

We’ve brought a few couples with us on different occasions to do the wine tasting and we are members - so we get a quarterly set of a few bottles. Everything is delicious - The Chardonnay is my favorite!

Some of the friendliest people and very delicious wine! I cannot believe how much I enjoyed their Chardonnay and I am not typically a Chardonnay type of person! If you have a weekend afternoon to just relax and enjoy a tasting room experience, then stop by Golden Star. You can bring in food and occasionally they have live music, too. Lovely way to spend a relaxing afternoon with my mom!

Great wine and awesome owners that interact with all the guests. Really makes you feel at home and comfortable. Atmosphere is great with live music playing as you wine taste. The chardonnay is the best in my girlfriends opinion. I really like the estate tempranillo. I would definitely recommend and come back!

This was a wine tasting experience you just have to experience for yourself. The ambiance was just perfect to set the mood. Live music with Vivienne, wine, cheese and crackers available, and a self guided walks through the vineyards. A beautiful mountain view outside with seating. Kirk is amazing.

Awesome vineyard and wine tasting room. Best in the Antelope Valley! Very good wines with a large selection to choose from. I can not even start to tell you how great the owners are. Lee and Helen take the time to explain each of their wines, to guide you in finding the perfect wine for you. I highly suggest a wine tasting so you can try all their great wines!

I love, love, LOVE this place. The owners Lee and his wife are the cool, chill, happy people you want to come back to visit. The atmosphere is inviting. The music is awesome and when it’s hot out side, its soooo cool inside here. The wine is phenomenal!! This is definitely a very cool local spot for us. However if you want to go wine tasting and want to enjoy yourself out of town. Stop here for sure. And tell them I sent ya!!

Lee and Helen are amazing people. From the second we walked in I knew I was going to really enjoy our time there. First off it is a tucked away vineyard, so do not think your GPS mislead you. The tasting room is very spacious and I am looking forward to attending an event there. There wine is wonderful and the syrah is on point. They put out snacks for you to enjoy with your wine. I really loved that when other members came in we were introduced, love that family feel. If you are passing by or live in the area I would seriously recommend visiting Lee and Helen at Golden Star Vineyards, you will not be disappointed.
