This place has a great selection of women's clothing, men's clothing, and children's clothing. A lot of well known labels show up. The staff is super friendly, and I met some cool people there. Its before you get to downtown WIndsor; off the 101 ( on the right if you're going north).

The place is probably one of the better places to find clothes all around, but good luck getting a refund if there’s an issue with anything They’ll at least give you store credit.

And some of the products really don’t feel like goodwill prices when it costs literally the same thing for something brand new elsewhere. They do their research and use offhand knowledge to price of course, but they price pretty high for things way too often even thought they receive them for free.

I don't like to give mediocre reviews and have loved the Goodwill - it was one of my Grandma's favorite places to get deals when I was younger and for most my life. But the prices have gone up tremendously it's like you aren't even shopping at a thrift store. The quality of the products haven't gone up, so why has the prices? Almost all Goodwill throughout Sonoma County have increased prices way too high. You can find stuff in here, just be prepared to pay higher prices than the "old days". I prefer Pick of the Litter (on Piner Road) or Sutter VNA & Hospice Thrift Store (on Cleveland by Trader Joe's) - those places still have good prices you would expect at a thrift store. This Goodwill is nice to have though in Windsor and it's close to Walmart and Home Depot and easy parking out front and friendly clerks.

I am not sure what others classify as expensive but everything here was under ten dollars, and under twenty for nicer things (like leather coats). Everything was organized and clean, we came here looking for photo frames. They didn't have much but we found something we like. Currently, their dressing rooms are closed and they aren't taking furniture donations.

I’ve been shopping at this store for 4 yrs now. Usually once a week or every few weeks. Often I might have a pretty full cart of items that I would buy & recycle to use in my art. And often some good clothing finds as well.

But for the past year or so the prices have steadily increased to just plain ridiculous. These items are most often scratched, chipped or faded yet the price is way out of line. I rarely shop here anymore.

The staff has always been friendly. But just about the time you get to know someone they leave. Seems they constantly have new people but I have never had a bad customer experience here.

I recommend Forgotten Felines (super clean & good prices) & also the Mission (super grungy but excellent prices). They are near each other in Santa Rosa. This past weekend we had a full cart of glassware (all in excellent condition) & other items from the Mission & we spent $63.00. Well worth every penny.

Great place to go and kill some time. We order a pizza from across the street"Pizza Guys" and take a stroll over to the goodwill store. We usually find something that catches our eye. We always buy something from here...something small....or really big. Staff are really friendly and helpful. They don't mind us playing with toys and goofing around. Great place to shop and browse.

I came in the store about thirty minutes till close.Nice girl at the front counter, told me the daily deals and all about the sales. So I looked around found some clothes to try on. Went to the front to have the dressing room unlocked. The girl at the front says sorry we closed the dressing rooms. It being so close to closing it makes more work for us. Uh, duh....that is your job. So if you can tell me about all deals tell us up front about your stupid policy. Hard to shop for clothes if I can't try them on. Gave the girl the pile of my clothes and walked out. Sorry she says....have a good night.
