Best studio I’ve ever been to. Joe is the greatest engineer ever. He’s extremely professional, is great at mixing and mastering, and makes you feel comfortable. He loves the craft and it shows through the quality of his work. You definitely have to go here if your a musician. Will be flying back soon.

The studio itself is top notch and customer service from our first phone call in when we spoke with Dan to our first tour with Soda, big shout out to to them. Also Soda for his patience working with my rookie kiddo and making his first experience better then we ever imagined. My son is stoked and can't wait to work with him again. Grand Bay is an amazing studio for recording as well as mixing sessions. I developed a good relationship with them as they can work with your budget and help you create the best possible pro masters that run along the industry standards. Shout out to mix/master engineer Joe Remo! He is amazing.

Studio was nice quality, however management is terrible. Engineer was knowledgable enough and tracked good vocals. It was 10 minutes before my team members were able to enter the building after being left outside since 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Not only did they not answer the phone, but they also did not respond to the messages sent in the 30-15 minutes prior to the session to make sure preparations were in order to be prepared to open the door for the team members to set up the session. After waiting 25 minutes outside from 4:45 to finally getting into the session at 5:10, the engineer uses the excuse that the team member that is there to make sure the session is prepared is not the artist to wander about the building taking another 5-6 minutes before actually giving the information needed to send them the files to load up the session. This is complete ignorance, it is up to the venue to be prepared to serve our BUSINESS that business is represented by who THE BUSINESS CHOOSES TO HAVE REPRESENT THEM, it is in no way up to a service provider to neglect to begin their service because “the artist isn’t here”. Since when has any studio in their right mind working with any artist that they RESPECTED waited for the artist to arrive before the session is prepared for the artist to arrive. Service failure. I arrived at 5:15 I also waited an additional 10 minutes to get inside and at which point the materials were just being situated, this is a solid 15 minutes of indisputable wasted time just counting from the 5 minutes prior the the scheduled session to the 10 minutes after that it took for my team member to get in. What was most egregious of all was that when this was brought to the attention of management NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING THE TIME PURCHASED BY REMEDYING THE DELAY WITH A CORRESPONDING 10-15 minute EXTENSION BUT THE MANAGER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ATTEMPT TO KEEP ME ON THE PHONE FOR MORE THAN 15 additional minutes DURING MY SESSION to support his validation of the customer service failure! I had to pass the phone to my partner to continue the conversation so I could get back to utilizing the time I PAID FOR ALREADY. THIS IS STEALING and blatantly disrespectful, not only did you steal 15 minutes from my start time, but then you attempt to blatantly waste 15 more minutes on the phone explaining why you won’t remedy your own failure WHILE THE CLOCK IS RUNNING ON THE SAME SESSION YOU HAVE ALREADY STOLEN TIME FROM IN SERVICE FAILURE. Absolutely ignorant. However, we paid the money for the quality of equipment and the quality of equipment was good. We were not there for any of their additional services and would not be interested considering their terrible business conduct, we only came for tracking and despite their interference everything I intended to do was completed. I will never be giving any more business to this establishment.

Went to a session with one of my clients and was blown away..
Professional yet relaxed atmosphere, Quality sounds and always a networking opp as you never know who you may meet.
Overall great experience.
