Very happy with the thorough and careful piano tuning service performed this week. Had been several years and my piano needed some attention. It was cleaned and inspected and screws were tightened and other small touches for upkeep on my 25 year old piano. Easy scheduling with great communication. Friendly technician and reasonably priced. I will use them again. Highly recommend!

I realize we have an older piano, however when you have planned for restoration service to be done, you except timely updates, and not lies. They have had our piano for over 2 years and it is still not completed. I have been told we would have the piano by Thanksgiving 2023, Christmas 2023. Then it went to Memorial Day 2024, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween all 2024 but never showed up. Was told it would be here in December but was told a lie that the moving company had a family emergency come up. However, the piano still has not shown up as of 2/14/2025, You leave voice mails, emails, and text messages and no replies. I had to show up in person at the Omaha restoration facility to finally talk to Morgan on the phone. It is then we realized that the piano lid had been destroyed at some point. So our very rare piano is now worth nothing. This company is not recommended for restoration services. What a terrible experience we have had, that is putting it nicely.

We had Liz over to tune our Yamaha upright piano and she did a fabulous job! Not only was her work excellent, but she was joyful and pleasant to interact with. We will be hiring her from this point forward and highly recommend Great Plains Piano Company!

Do NOT use this company for piano restoration services. They've had my piano since September 2021. I've got nothing but lies, ignored text messages, ignored voice mails and ignored emails. I've been lied to repeatedly for over 3 1/2 years now. In December 2023 I stopped by the Lincoln office just to be sure the piano still existed! At that time (we did see the piano!) we told Morgan to just put the piano back together and give it back to us. We were told it would be back to us by Christmas. But, like other reviewers that day came and went along with many other dates...Christmas 2023, April 2024, October 2024 and November 2024. I've been given every excuse in the book...it was "rainy" and the moving company couldn't deliver, the Omaha office flooded, the glue isn't holding, the parts are taking a long time to come in because of Covid, the "bass" sounds off, Morgan's on his honeymoon, everyone in the office has Covid (heard this one at least twice). Unfortunately I feel we've got to the point where we'll have to take legal action to get my piano back (assuming it even still exists).

After the cabinet was refinished, Morgan did an exceptional job in bringing my vintage 1960 Steinway M model grand back to its original tonal and touch qualities. I just met Liz who is providing regular tuning and maintenance. Both Morgan and Liz are highly knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to deal with. I trust both implicitly to maintain the care of this treasured family heirloom.

Liz did an amazing job tuning the piano for our church and the piano in my home. Very professional, and knowledgable at working on pianos. I appreciated her explaining various issues that my piano is having and offering solutions. I feel like I learned alot about the mechanics of the instrument and I appreciated her educating me on these things as she was working. She found things that needed attention that haven't been noticed before - one of those things was the pedals - they were loose and partly unattached. So thankful she seen that and fixed it. Not only do the pianos sound amazing, she polished the keys and the pianos. They look awesome! She truly went above and beyond and I will most definately want her to work on these pianos in the future.

Keith came by today and fixed up my recently inherited Yamaha that hadn’t been tuned in 10 years, he did such a wonderful job and was just an awesome guy! Appreciate the fast, thorough, and friendly service and look forward to using Great Plains Piano Co. again in the future.
