We have been to the museum before, this time was for the theatre.
The museum is well done. Lots of history to look at, and very well organized by the ever-present volunteers, There is a fun interactive "fly a plane" and a visual 3d goggles area. Put the museum on your "must do" list.
The theatre has perfect acoustics, has an area for anyone who can not do stairs, and is highly staffed with volunteers. Book the concerts early. They sell out fast.

We attend a lot of shows at the Gulf Theatre and love most of them. We attended Simply Tina tonight and left at intermission with a few others. She did not connect with the audience at all and the backup band was louder than she was. It was not enjoyable.

Have attended numerous shows at the Gulf Theater and have never been disappointed, but last Fridays performance by The Long Run, Eagles tribute band was the absolute best ever. A last minute cancellation by another band, had these guys step in at the last minute, and what a treat. They blew it away. Their instrumentals were fabulous and their voices outstanding. I am so glad the other band cancelled. The theater needs to sign these guys up now for next year. Forget about that other band.

My first time at the Gulf theatre. The Bee Gees cover band was very good but the theatre was unbearably hot. Not sure if this normal for there or not. I don’t know if I would go there for another concert.

Saw John Patti and his sensational ensemble for a Carribean Christmas 🎄. Wow, what a show. The venue is perfect! It is a quaint theater!

This was my first show at the theatre. We saw White Christmas. It was very enjoyable. The talents of the actors/singers/dancers were very impressive. I sat in the very first row and found there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Anywhere you sit will bring a great view of the show. I’m glad I found this theatre and will be following the shows that take place and I’m sure I will be back for another show very soon.
