Awesome little shop with great prices and friendly staff! I took a drive to Clearwater today to purchase a guitar from Hank's that I saw on Facebook Marketplace and I was not disappointed at all. Found this cool West African Kora, we weren’t sure what it was but we love finding unique things. The sound is really cool and it will be a great conversation piece for our music area!! The shop is great and everyone there was very nice!

I took my Jackson bass to Hanks Guitar Shop Clearwater Florida yesterday afternoon, I had to have a new Nut installed on my Jackson Bass, and decided to have Hank just do a complete setup seeing I bought this Bass B-Stock open box had a few issues. I explained I have a show this Friday, and Hank turned it around less than 24 hours, I picked it up today! I recommend Hanks Guitar Shop for you Luthier needs to make the Show Go On!!!! Thanks Hank!

On Monday, March 3 I posted my Handmade Oscar Schmidt Mountain Dulcimer with Music Books on Facebook Marketplace. Hank messaged me and said to bring it in and he would buy it for the asking price. They are going to fix the D-string I broke trying to tune it. I am very pleased they can give my dulcimer a new home. It needs to be played and not just admired because it is a beautiful instrument. Just had my fourth bass set up by Hank. This was a barely used bass I acquired and the difference in playability is night and day. The fret work is exquisite. Great work and fair prices. Could not recommend Hank and his team any higher.

This was my first experience using Hank's Guitar Shop. I had an acoustic bass with terrible intonation on the E string. They were able to fix that issue and their set up was phenomenal. It plays so much better now. I also had them do a set up and some fretwork on my Gretsch 6 string. Absolutely amazing how much better it plays. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!
Update: I've now played approx. 4 shows with the Luna Bass that Hank's set up for me. Intonation is perfect and the action is very light making it much more enjoyable to play than when I received it from the factory. Great job, guys!!
