Jennifer was great. She walked us through everything at the end of the inspection and the report is super user friendly. Would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants a first class experience for their home inspection.

We had such a wonderful experience with our inspection. Jenn was incredibly thorough and made the unfamiliar process so easy to understand and really eased our minds as first time home buyers. She provided a detailed report with recommendations for remedying our new home’s necessary fixes. So thankful our realtors suggested her and would recommend!

Jen recently did an inspection on a home we’re buying. She was thorough in her inspection, and took time to clearly explain her findings, what the repair would entail, and the degree of issue/risk to help determine if repairs are even worth it. Following the inspection, her report ‘portal’ listed her findings, supplemented with pictures, and which kind of contractor/specialist would be best suited to fix.

The process from start to finish with Jennifer was flawless. Very quick to answer questions, very thorough walk thru of the property and ready to answer any questions we had. Also, the portal she provides you with is very handy. All information is quick and easy to get to. Highly recommend.

Jen was very thorough and professional throughout the process, and went over with me and my agent all the details at the end. Her report was great, with written explanations and photos, and I learned a lot in the process. I highly recommend her!
