Really good sound! Mezzanine was so nice. My favorite part was the friendly staff!!! Everyone was so kind! Amazing stage, big floor, lighting was on point. Easy parking and affordable beverages!

My only suggestion would be to add some NA beers to the bar area for us sober concert goers. I got a mocktail instead which was crafted perfectly!

Great shows, but security is too zealous, standing completely out of any obstructive views in front of the audience taking a couple of pictures, the security supervisor had his subordinates escort me away. I went to the other side and security had no problem.

Great little venue, very orderly and organized. My only complaint - we sprung for front row seats and our seats ended up being like 4 feet from the speakers... of course we had no idea. It was super loud and uncomfortable. We know better for next time.

First of all, if this is your first time coming to this place, you might wonder if you're going the right way, and the answer is yes! Heading north on I-5 there’s not much around for a couple of miles, but don’t worry, you’re on the right track.
I’ve attended both a concert and a comedy show here, and each time has been a great experience. Entry is fast and easy, and I love how everything merch, food, and seating is conveniently located in one spot. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and patient, whether taking orders or guiding guests to their seats. One staff member even walked us directly to our row instead of just pointing, which I really appreciated. I also noticed other staff members doing the same, which speaks volumes about their service.
Overall, this venue is well organized, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely keep on coming back!

Well... It's Hard Rock, you know what they're known for... Where this casino TRULY shines, is the music hall. The acoustics are phenomenal and the seats are comfortable. IDK what TF else to say, just go bro and rock out with your 🐓 out or if you're a chick, jam out with your 🦪 (clam) out. 🤘🏻

I love this performance venue, with the spacious seats and decent size crowd space. Although the PA system wasn't great last night for the standing crowd near the stage, as the lead singer of the band Boys Like Girls spent a few good minutes trying to help the crew fix the issue so the close crowd could hear him speak. Overall though, it was nice and not too overwhelming with people.

6/17/23 Diana Ross, The show was everything I was hoping for, she delivered. Song after song was brilliant. Her band was top-notch, grade A+ musicians,and vocalist.The venue is well appointed with great bar/ concessions.

Very nice venue, great bar, and food line up for the concessions. The seating 💺 on the floor was fine, depending on your location. Big screens help the experience. I will try the upper level next time. The staff was very good. Easy in,easy out.
