I was very surprised at the friendliness of the staff. The Dr. was extremely helpful and explained in detail the whole process. I knew that I had hearing loss in my left ear and was surprised to find out my right ear was also beginning to have some loss. I am definitely getting hearing aids. When he put them in my ears, I could really tell a difference. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

These guys at Beltone Sierra Vista Az were awesome. They were so professional and courteous. They made sure every aspect of my hearing aides were functioning properly. Kory Castro was the one who programmed my hearing aides and did a wonderful job. Way to Go Everybody!

I went there thinking it was " just a test" and it was eye opening the damage that I have to my ears! I've always known and been told ( kids, friends) that I speak too loud and once I had the sample Hearing Aids...omg! I could hear!! It is life changing. I could do nothing but cry. Since The Hearing Center opened back up, the service has been great! After over a year of not having my original hearing aid charger, they got a new one for me within 2 weeks. Cory and Rhonda are nice and genuinely care about their patients.

Had a hearing test done for the first time in almost 13 years. Cody was very receptive to my situation and listened to my experiences and the changes I’ve noticed in my hearing. He was very kind and clear. I felt comfortable knowing that he was really listening to my unique situation.

I knew my hearing was compromised but I really had no idea how bad it really was, I was given an opportunity to clearly hear how I should hear! I was given excellent attention and detail explained greatly where I was comfortable with the information I was given about my hearing loss and how to help my hearing health.

When I arrived, I was asked to provide my insurance information. The receptionist took my cards and ID, and scanned them. I was administered a hearing exam, and taken back to the office where we discussed which hearing aids would be best for me. A stay comment he said made me stop him mid-sentence and ask him to back up. That's when I found out he doesn't take insurance. At all. He expected me to pay thousands or of pocket. Why, for the love of sanity, did they take my insurance cards. They told me they don't bill for the exam, so why? Why did they want my insurance card? I reported the experience to my insurance company in case this was a fishing scam to collect numbers. Why? It's seriously bugging me!
