I have worked with Hire Society on several occasions, both as a candidate for a job and someone hiring for a position and they have been outstanding on all fronts. Nicholas Froehlich has been my main contact person and has been superb. I am happily working the job that he helped me find and my replacement is also very happy. We still touch base about peers and helping other friends find work and I’ve found him to be dialed in, professional and very competent. I will trust him with any future searches

Hire Society has placed me in my last three positions beginning in 2015. I have worked with other agencies as a private chef but Hire Society distinguishes itself as staying active and in touch with me throughout the placement process. They have been direct and forthcoming regarding any roles they have spoken with me about in regards to all aspects. I strongly recommend them to any one I know who is looking for a position in the world of private staffing and have found them to go above and beyond in working with me as a candidate compared to any other agency I've worked with.

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Tyler and I must say she was amazing! She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Always there to answer any questions I had and made great suggestions on how to improve my chances of getting noticed and hired. In the end I found a perfect match in a family and am very happy with the help I received from Sarah and Hire Society. I highly recommend looking into them if you are looking to work for a private family

I’m currently in a wonderful position thanks to the help of Aidan from Hire Society! I had been seeking a new nanny position for some time and I came across a post and got in touch with Aidan right away. She was timely with her communication and showed that she was just as excited about finding me the perfect job as I was. I appreciated her assistance through the entire process and she was always available to check in with. I was lucky to get the position I had reached out to her for, but I can imagine they help try to find anyone a position that fits all parties well. While I anticipate keeping my job for years to come, I would definitely recommend the help from Aidan and the Hire Society.

I had been looking for a nanny position for a while before I was contacted by Hire Society about positions they had available. I had submitted my nanny resume to numerous positions on other nannying sites as well as on Indeed without any response. If I got a response, I would interview and never be contacted again. In the process with Hire Society, one of their recruitment specialists, Aidan Newsome, reached out to me to help me find a position that worked best for me! Immediately, we set up an interview and she was extremely helpful with any questions I had as well as keeping me informed the whole time. Within roughly a week, I had interviewed with a family and signed a contract the following day! Even then, Aidan would reach out to make sure things were going well and making sure that I had everything I needed and was prepared properly through my contract to be set up for success within this new employment opportunity. I would recommend Hire Society, and especially Aidan, time and time again!

Hire society is a phenomenal business. I have had a great experience with Kassi specifically who has placed me in the perfect position. Kassi has gone above and beyond in making sure I was ready and confident for my new job. The professionalism and responsiveness of Kassi and Hire Society is very special and I would fully recommend reaching out to them. They have set themselves apart from all other agencies and staffing companies I have worked with in the past, I am thoroughly impressed.
