Visited the palladium for the first time to attend my 2nd ever concert! It is so spacious even if it doesn't seem to on the outside! The event I saw was absolutely nuts in a good way! The team working there were absolutely helpful, straightforward with answers to my questions! Wonderful first experience!

Hubby and I came for the Foster the People concert. Great venue. Took an uber both ways to avoid dealing with parking. Had balcony seats- which are somewhat misleading, because you have to stand behind multiple rows of VIP seats and cannot get anywhere near the rail- and frankly can’t see the band other than tiny specs. So- we headed down to the GIANT pit/GA area and hung out there. Unless you are taller than everyone else, you won’t see much there, either, but better than balcony. The place was filled to capacity. The upstairs Lawrence Welk bar was fun and not crowded at all. Nice place to hang out for a bit and still hear the music and see the thru the windows. Bathrooms clean and plenty of them. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’d come back again- but next time these 2 short old farts will fork out the cash for VIP seats. 🙂

A big feeling room, but the sound was top-tier and the lighting and effects looked good. The cool art-deco vibe of the building is amazing.

Only downside is drinks were as overpriced as I expected them to be at a venue like this.

Still worth going if you like the act though!

Super professional operation. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. At least seven different bars around the venue. Smallish bathrooms with not a ton of capacity so get there early for that! Real fast entrance and egress. Street level parking lots nearby, and a garage off of Vine. Excellent excellent excellent sound, wasn't muddied up close like some venues.

Do not buy VIP tickets, its a scam.
I purchased VIP tickets to be able to enjoy the concert from the balcony, but the balcony was closed because the venue separated it for Bottle service so the so called "VIP" section provided exactly the same features as the non vip balcony.
You have to stand behind the vip tables.. you can do exactly the same on the left side balcony with general admission tickets.

Great venue, but the parking is super expensive (45), be aware of that. The sound was a bit off at the beginning, and the bass just doesn't quite punch that clear, they need to calibrate that, maybe it was just this day, other than that, it's a great space to enjoy music.

Went to see Atarashii Gakko! It was a good experience very clean the only thing if I had to point out anything I’d like more security inside. Will be coming back!

Beautiful venue and way larger than I expected. The queue is decently managed tucked away next to a parking lot, but I parked in the garage across the street for $13 vice $30-40.

Inside is spacious with multiple bathrooms and merch stands, and you don’t feel claustrophobic at all. There’s an outside smoking section upstairs by the premium seats.
