Great venue to see shows. It’s just about the right size too, so it feels like an intimate concert experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly and willing to help. We were on the barricade the whole show and security was handing out free water. Aside from that, before the show started, a server came to the barricade and took drink orders. First time I’ve ever seen that at a concert, and that’s genius. Cannot wait to attend other shows in the future!

The full-service events team was outstanding to work with, offering invaluable recommendations on how to best utilize the various private areas and branding opportunities. Their attention to detail and expertise made a huge difference in the success of our event. We would not hesitate to return to this venue in a heartbeat!

The concert was amazing! Cant wait till we can see Cooper Alan again next time! I am disabled and the HOB staff was so courteous and compassionate to my needs. It made the experience so enjoyable!

This is a very nice venue with like 3 different rooms where a rock concert or event can be happening. There the main stage or the foundation room and the last room is the Parish Room. I came tonight for a concert in the Parish room, the headliner was Trapt and the band I came to see was Smile Empty Soul who was their opener. I found parking easily because it's in the Anaheim Garden Walk plaza so there are many parking spots. If you come to House of Blues then they'll validate your parking pass. You'll have to pay for 3 hours but it's not so bad. There are signs for which room you'll be lining up for. The Parish room isn't that big, it fit max like 200 people so be aware but it's a good room and the audio system was fine to me. I had a great time here, the only issue was leaving the parking structure. Once they open the other exit route, it really help clear the backup.

First of all, this place was amazing. Second of all, this is the very first concert I have ever been to. I will just say that this was absolutely amazing. I know that it was on the smaller side, but it felt very secure. The esthetic was lovely, there was food and beverages available. The crowd wasn't too crazy. The mosh pit seemed gentle. LOL I just felt like if I was a taller person. I would have been close no matter where I stood in the building. However, I managed to push my way up to the front so that I could see since I am 5 foot and there were so many 6 to 9 foot gentleman, there ha ha. The sound was amazing even though I was up close. It wasn't an ugly or uncomfortable place to be at, at all, I would absolutely come back here to enjoy more shows. And I am very glad that this location was my very first concert. Thank you so much for having an absolutely amazing place.

I love how organized the venue is! Parking was reasonable that night we paid $12 bucks. Honestly the other great part about it was the snacks and quality of the sound super awesome!

House of blues OC is awesome, saw Social Distortion last night. First great venue convenient parking structure, park on 2nd floor section P2 for better access to venue. Clean, staff is friendly, purchase VIP extra ticket avoid lines and get access to VIP bar section.

Great venue, I spent most of my time at the main stage -- the space was good and the crowd was having a good time. The sound / mixing was stellar!

There were 3 bars nearby -- one on each side of the dance pit, and another in the lobby. While the place seemed full, it was never difficult to find space at the bar and service was quick. I also appreciated the screens around the lobby giving you a view of the main stage while ordering a drink or checking out merch.

Two negatives: there was no water freely available, you have to ask a bartender -- the staff was efficient, but didn't seem particularly happy. I'd assume they're overworked/underpaid, try to tip in cash ✌️
