I was casting for a show as an audience member over a month ago. I was promised payment but for some reason all points of contact are nonexistent now. I feel like they scammed me and everyone else that night (7pm-6am) they had us there. Someone needs to pay us for our time!

I did a reunion show in December it’s been over 30 days. The network said that they paid the casting people already and they’re suppose to pay us but when emailing this casting agency there is an automated email saying they don’t monitor their email and to not contact about payment. Something is not right or adding up! Numerous attempts calling and no one picks up. Feels like I got scammed and the casting agency ran off with my money!

This guy is rude!!! Don’t ever work for this company. He hung up on me for asking when for a check that I never received. Wouldn’t let me talk and called me out my name. So They will not pay you!!!

Jeff Olan casting, is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL casting company you will have the privilege of finding. I've been with Jeff Olan casting since 2002. Back when their office used to be in North Hollywood, off Vineland. I Received my very first SAG voucher from this company's awesome booking service. The professionalism, the awesomeness, the unforgettable amount of memories and fun that I will always have from this company, is without comparison to any other casting service out there.

There are a lot of casting services in the Los Angeles area, this is the one that I brag about the most. They truly make you feel like family.

Jeff thank you for the experiences that I've had here. And your CSA's are truly the most wonderful people. Thank you for creating such a wonderful work environment.

The building they are located in is very outdated and ugly as is the case in most of Los Angeles architecture, and it has an elevator that will question your sanity getting in it.
Very 80s system of background casting.
You have to call to check a voicemail recording for castings and then call another number where you need to spell your name to submit! Then someone will call you back to book you and tell you the next number you need to call for details! OMG!
That’s a lot of effort for an extra job !
Also very confusing emails back and forth as to registration and submitting as if they had lots of time on their hands and wanted to make sure that you know they are in charge of the crumbs they dribble out to hungry souls.
One of the hopefuls in the waiting room area told me she almost booked one job through them last year!

I love the people at Jeff Olan Casting. Ryan and Jeff are super nice and book me alot! They also get the some of the Hottest shows in L.A. that Central Casting doesn't have! All his extras are professionals so you never see them sleeping on set or goofing off. They also visit alot of their shows to say hi to all their extras. No on else does that! I recommend Jeff Olan Casting!

Extremely nice, not a lot of paperwork (which was nice) and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I did arrive a bit early, but as long as I was on the list, it wasn't a problem.
