My mom needed a place to overnight 2 horses, our normal spot was not available. The entire facility is immaculate, the stalls were cleaned, fresh water and bedded well. Rich, the owner kept the stalls super clean and fed hay. We got a full tour of the air BnB, the wedding venue and grounds. Everything is beautiful and Rich was a fantastic host. We plan to host some small company Luncheons on the property soon!

Pretty Location, but there was geese poo everywhere, and people got it all over their shoes. It had very rocky and steep terrain from the barn to the bathrooms/drink trailer

Don't know if he owns or takes care of the ranch keep up the great work

Loved this place at first. It is owned by a husband and wife. The grounds were peaceful and nice. At first they were very accommodating. After a few months the husbands true colors started to show. I liked them so much that I had my other horse of 10+ years that I could not afford to board. I bought this horse w money from my grandmothers death. This horse was very special to me. I asked the wife if she would be interested in COCO but in return I could ride/see her whenever I wanted. She said of course. A few months later the husband gave my friend and I notice to vacate our other horses. He had an offer from the Sherriffs department to Board their horses and would make a lot more money. I asked about our arrangement with coco. He replied it was best I didn’t come back to stables but they would send pictures. How does someone do this to another human being. They basically stole my horse. To this day, over a year later still no pictures, updates, Anything. I don’t blame the wife 100% as her husband had some sort of control over her. All I can say is done ever Board here or rent their B&B. They can not be trusted and are just heartless people.

Owners take such pride in this facility. Very clean, well maintained and accessible. Horses are well taken of and pampered. Owners are a sweet, loving couple who care deeply about each horse.

We stayed the weekend to attend a wedding nearby. It is amazing and peaceful. Richard took great care of us while we were there. He and June are great hosts.
