Great gym with every amenity you could want. I'm surprised with some of the reviews that talk about cleanliness and upkeep. I find the gym and men's locker room to be clean, up to date, and smell good.

The staff from the personal trainers to the front desk are very friendly. For personal training, I recommend Jared.

Really like the cafe. The smoothies are excellent. The Lifetime brand of protein powder is very tasty and has few ingredients.

Love the water jet massage beds and cryro therapy beds.

They also provide anti gravity chairs and Hypervolt 2 massage guns

Personal trainer, Becca Petit, is the best in the business! Very encouraging, knowledgeable, and friendly and she has been really great helping me reach my fitness goals. Her dynamic stretch sessions are awesome. I am very glad I signed up with her and would totally recommend her to anyone!

Megan and Gwen are 2 of the best yoga teachers I have ever had in my life. Very worth the membership for these classes with them. I can't thank them enough for showing me I can do it. They queue the poses the enter class. They have helpful tips. Very impressed with them in all ways.

The instructors are just the best. Their longevity speaks volumes to the type of place this is. Great variety of classes. LOVE the indoor pickleball courts and Maggie. The maintenance crew do a great job keeping the facility clean and fresh. Couldn’t be happier with Lifetime

I had high expectations for Lifetime, but it has been a complete disappointment. For the ridiculous price they charge, you’d think they would offer top-tier service, but that’s far from the case. The staff is rude, arrogant, and condescending—they act like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence. Instead of being helpful, they seem more interested in upselling overpriced memberships and services while looking down on anyone who doesn’t fit their ā€œidealā€ member profile.

The gym itself isn’t much better. The equipment is often occupied or in need of maintenance, the locker rooms are not as clean as they should be, and the whole place gets uncomfortably crowded during peak hours. For the price they charge, you’re honestly paying for a name, not quality.

Recommendation: EOS Fitness
If you’re looking for a gym that actually cares about its members, go to EOS Fitness across the street. The atmosphere is better, the staff is actually friendly and helpful, and you’re not overpaying just to be treated poorly. Do yourself a favor—skip Lifetime and join EOS!

The noise this location generates through the entire residential neighborhood is…..wild.

Children outdoor area…(yes, let them play but when several are just screaming at the top of their lungs…is anyone even watching them?) , pool speakers carry in through our whole apartment property and the obnoxiously loud vehicles that swarm this location….forgetttaboutit šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

Someone is stealing money from people’s LOCKED lockers at this LifeTime fitness. The perpetrator is somehow opening locked lockers and stealing people’s cash and debit cards. They then proceed to a nearby Chase Bank ATM where they’re using the debit card to withdrawal cash from checking accounts. We recently had $1754 stolen from us this way. The Bank manager at Chase says this has been happening consistently at the LifeTime Fitness Center. So we are not a one off. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN THE LOCKER ROOMS. The manager is aware this is an issue.

I lived in Minnesota for some time (HQ of Lifetime) and this gym is better than any of them I went to when I was there, even rivaling the flagship. Maybe it’s the standard of Scottsdale, but it’s awesome regardless. You think it’s going to be packed by the parking lot, but everything is well managed and accessible all times of day.
