I am so happy I found Ruchira. The way she has put my mind at ease having my daughter in day care. Every attention to detail is top notch. The food she prepares, the love and care she gives to each child and the hard work she puts in to teaching the kids so they are prepared for when they start school. I took my son out of a daycare center in Tracy over the summer and started looking for an in-home daycare closer to my home. I did a ton of research and spoke to a few moms in the neighborhood because I was terrified of the change and wanted recommentations. There were several people who recommended Little Harvard Child Care Center. I reached out and spoke with Ruchira Dave, who is the woman who runs the daycare out of her home. We’ve been with her since August and we've had the BEST experience. My son is 3 and has a lot of energy. Ruchira does activities where he can get his energy out. His vocabulary and social skills have grown tremendously. Ruchira has been a blessing to our family. She is great with communication and tells us things like what he eats every day, how long he’s napped, etc. She also cooks homemade meals each day for breakfast and lunch and my son has tried new foods at her house that he previously had never had. If he doesn't like something (which isn't often because the food is delicious), she accommodates him and makes him something else. My son absolutely loves going over there and gets sad on the weekends when he doesn’t get to see Ms. Ruchira. I can’t say enough great things about his daycare. I highly recommend Little Harvard Child Care Center.

When we moved to Lathrop, finding the right daycare for our daughter was a top priority, and Little Harvard exceeded our expectations! From our very first conversation with Ruchira, we felt reassured and confident in our decision.

Fast forward One Year, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Little Harvard provides a nurturing environment where our daughter feels right at home. The care and attention the staff give to each child are outstanding. It's not just a daycare—it’s a place where children thrive and grow.

We love knowing that our child enjoys her time there, and the homemade, nutritious meals are a fantastic bonus! It's such a relief to know she’s getting healthy, delicious food every day.The staff are always engaging and create fun, educational experiences like painting, dancing, and storytime. They celebrate a wide variety of festivals, from Christmas to Diwali, bringing so much joy and cultural diversity to the children’s learning experience. From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtful and enriching activities. Highly recommend it!

When I started looking for a daycare for my then one year old, I was very anxious and scared to leave my baby with anyone who wasn't family. Ruchira was very kind and patient and treated my daughter as if she was her own. She was great at communicating with me during those stressful first weeks, one year later her and her husband Satyam continue to care for my daughter. When I pick her up from daycare, she tells me all about how much fun she had with all of her friends with a big smile on her face. She has learned so much and her social skills have improved since starting daycare. Ruchira always caters to my daughter's food preferences and offers nutritional home made meals. We are very grateful we found Little Harvard Child Care!

I am grateful to have found Ruchira and Auntie at Little Harvard! I am normally a very anxious mom who overthinks when it comes to her children, Ruchira and Auntie have alleviated that feeling for me every time I drop off my daughter. I love that the daycare is home based, it’s very clean, and has home made, nutritious food. Ruchira is so responsive when it comes to communication about my little one, and has worked with her feeding schedule as she grows older.

Ruchira cared for my daughter for several months. My husband and I had jobs with odd hours and she found ways to work with our schedule. I was very nervous dropping my daughter off at first but Ruchira gave lots of updates and photos and it was very clear to me that my daughter was cared for very well. I also used to joke that she ate better than everyone else in our house because of the quality of meals ruchira provided for her. The only reason we pulled my daughter out is because I stopped working but I will be sending my infant son there soon (hopefully).

Ruchira has been great for our family. She cares for all 3 of my sons, who can be quite a handful. They enjoy attending and tell me about all of the activities they did that day. Ruchira cooks nutritious home made meals and gives me several updates throughout the day.

My youngest (20 months old) is extremely shy and normally does not like going to anyone besides his parents. However, he is extremely happy when I hand him over in the mornings. Ruchira always asks if we are happy and if there is anything else we need her to do. I am able to be at ease knowing my kids are well taken care of.

Our family loves this daycare. My daughter is a year and 8 months and she loves going here. They are very responsive and very caring. Ruchira has been so helpful and has been very accommodating to help my family since we really have no help since moving here. I was super hesitant with putting my daughter into daycare and almost quit my job, but I took a chance with Ruchira and I am so glad I did. She made me feel so comfortable from the first day I met her. I know they treat my daughter well because she always gets excited when we tell her she’s going to “school”. It only took her less than a week to get fully adjusted. I love that they make fresh home cooked meals everyday. When I pick up my daughter early and she hasn’t eaten her snack yet, they give me her snack to take home, so I know they are always making sure she is eating. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone.
