Attended a baby shower here. A very beautiful spot. Lots of beautiful old trees, so a lot of shade. There was also a small brook running through the area where the party was held. Cost just $60 to rent spot for several hours. Included 2 bench tables and 1 BBQ pit. Excellent for a small gathering.

Little gem of a theatre hidden away amidst Live Oak Park. Not a black box, a real theatre, now more of a thrust configuration. Long home to Actors Ensemble, now managed by Theatrefirst who produce most but not all of the productions there.
