$202 for two tickets, $53 dollars for a parking pass, and driving 2.5 hours to the event only to be turned around at the gate after our parking pass and tickets were scanned. The security asked if I had weapons in the truck. I am an honest person so instead of lying in front of my kid I told the truth and was told I had to turn around, take my weapons back to my property. My property is 2.5 hours away.

The website stated that weapons are not allowed in the “festival/concert area” which I 100% agree with. However, the website does not identify that weapons aren’t allowed in vehicles. Only in the “festival/concert area”. In another FAQ it states “Tailgating is allowed in our parking areas onsite, but once you enter the concert area you cannot “come and go” No glass, liquor, or weapons!”. Again, this is referring to the concert area, not the vehicles that are parked.

I emailed [email protected] on 11/10 stating my issue. They responded asking for additional information on 11/12 but since then they have ghosted me and will no longer respond.

Overall nice place (Sistrunk Farms).Definitely need better parking situation. Zero means of finding your car in the dark! Maybe add some numbered or lettered signs in each section? Concert was great.
