Great mundane family life experience. The customer service is great , the theaters are fabulous, reclining seats yummy pop your corn! Delicious , and then there's lots of stuff for the family to do around the area. Shops to go to parks to go play if you're single bars to go dive at wonderful hot delicious Livermore CowGirls to sing Karaoke with!

Reasonable prices on Tuesdays.
Clean and comfortable theaters and overall good experience every time. Popcorn and snacks are fresh and service at food counter is prompt.

Very bad experience! I went to this place to watch “Joker” and my experience was horrible. They didn’t switch off the light even after the movie started. There were few small lights on throughout the movie which ruined my experience. I am never going to visit this place again.

Our local. Decent theatre with plush leather seats but most of the big screen auditoriums don’t have the footrests on the recliners. Booo. Reserved seating though, gotta love that Fandango. Go see a movie! Oh, there is beer and wine available here, gotta love that.

As someone who got to experience some amazing first times for theaters like The Matrix and 2001, I sincerely want to thank the theater for what made those experiences so memorable.

I’ve come to realize how important sound is and especially how loud it gets and you guys deliver on that every time.

It’s been a while since i’ve visited but I hope that you guys make SOUND your number 1 priority because I feel like that’s a big reason cinema is dying. Simply put theaters are stinging out customers for cheaper electricity bills and making for people to not fully experiencing these movies AS INTENDED.

Your theater manager from what I recall did wonderful previews even boasting about keeping the original sounds from older films (especially 2001 holy hell ear ring) before they began and he had every respect from me to do so.

It makes for a life changing experience and I truly hope those same standards are held to this day. I can’t wait to revisit.

So I’ve been going here for a while so I started taking notes. The concession prices are like every other theater so I won’t complain or rave about that. I’ve based what movies I watch based one these notes below since I go to the theater for the big screen and surround sound. When are the auditoriums going to be inspected? From what last experienced these are my notes and maybe some of these issues have been fixed within the last few months:

Theater 1:
Large screen iMax. Right speaker crackles very slightly. Laser projector has blue specs that show up in dark scenes.
Theater 2:
Large screen, great surround sound and volume. No reclining seats.
Theater 3:
muffled sound. Front sound only with no surround. (Rear speakers).
Theater 4:
Good theater no complaints
Theater 5
Good theater. No complaints
Theater 6:
Reclining seats- good surround- good base. Row D is perfect.
7,8 unknown.
Theater 9:
Front speaker muffled and crackly. Laser projectors green light shows through on dark scenes.
Theater 10
Good sound + surround

Really nice updated theater with great screen and sound and seats. Just one major issue is they need to either hire more people or stagger showtimes. The ticket line is routinely 5 minutes or more leading to a concessions line 15-20 minutes at least. Pretty frustrating waiting almost 30 minutes in lines to see a movie these days.
