They are open, but only by appointment. I was able to drive over to the office, use the QR code on the sign that is posted on the sign outside , which took me exactly where I needed to schedule the appointment. The security guard and the supervisor were very helpful.while I was standing there completing the form , several people came up and we're desperate for on the spot service. The office was cool and clean. Appointments were scheduled for two weeks out... I got lucky, someone cancelled their appointment and I was able to get helped within 2 days. I appreciated that this office was quick, professional and efficient. I was appreciating that there was not a line out the door where you spend hours in line( like in Lynnwood and Van Nuys). Thank you to the supervisor and security guard for their patience and support

I flew in as a clergyman to preside over the ceremony.., oh my! Service industry workers such as I am, would do good to remember that we are there to serve! I’m praying for those in that office as I was grieved for the newly married couple. We can do better. Anger, impatience, short unanswered questions was our experience. LORD~

Service was horrible. Security explained how to do the online appointment as they request in order to go in, on the app at the moment.
The person who assisted us was horrible! She had a attitude the whole time, she rolled her eyes when I did not understand her explanation and would cut me off when I would speak. We are people going in to ask for documents and for some people they might be aware of the process and some of us may not. But that is why they work there to provide answers. I don't understand how a customer comes up to your window being nice or civil and you as a worker choose to be rude and not help. Your working in the field that the customer is looking for help in so of course your going to get questions asked. And if you don't like dealing with people or get annoyed then why are you in that type of job. I went to accompany my mother because she does not speak english, people like this clerk first intial N i believe, last name Thomas is the reason why i accompany my mother to appointments. I would hate for my mother to be mistreated or treated differently for not speaking english. But thats exactly what would have happened if i didnt go with her this day. These types of offices need to do further skills check, customer service training on their employees to make sure they are truly fufilling their tasks. People like this leave a bad taste in your mouth and it is always minorities treating other minorities wrong when it shouldnt even matter what you are. As long as someone treats you right, you treat them the same that simple. Ipersonally ould never go back to this office, for sure.

It's been a struggle trying to get my birth certificate elsewhere, I paid a lot to Vitalchek online but got nothing for weeks. I set up my appointment online for the registrar here and I regret giving any money to Vitalchek because my experience here was so good.

The security guard was nice even though I tried to fly in before checking in. He checked me in, told me which window to go to, which an associate was wiping down before I went up. They seem to take sanitization seriously which I really appreciate.

The clerk at the window was very nice and patient with me, even though I had to ask for some things to be repeated. She had a very good attitude and made the whole experience very fast and easy. I had my certificate in my hands in less than ten minutes. I think her name was Billie or Willie, again my hearing wasn't too good but I asked because the experience was that pleasant.

If I ever need to get another copy of paperwork I'll come to this location.

Once i walked in, seeing it is not a huge over crowded chaotic building that i have come accustom with, was a relief. The security guard is attentive, keeping the line assemble in a orderly manner and taking notice of what people needed to do, for why they were there, before they end up standing in line to long. He was quick on task, very helpful and straight forward. My sorrows of the unexpected death of my deaf daughter was reason why I was even there, thank you for making a necessary task thats basically simple in everyday life, but i was barely getting by. That help and the quick flow of handling of the people, deserves a 10 plus. And would like to add, The lady at the counter was very kind and no rudeness that I've experienced in other districts in government buildings from stressed workers, such as the DMV, so thank you very much for being respectful and not rude at all, or up tight.
