The most BEAUTIFUL venue I have ever booked! I hosted my bridal shower at LSC event space and my guest were completely blown away! The owner Solanch, was the kindest soul I have ever met. She helped with setting up decorations AND allowed us to come in 30 minutes prior to the event to set up any last minute details. At a point we did need to add extra time because we were having a blast! She made it very easy to pay and add additional time if needed. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for making my bridal shower so memorable❤️

I’ve been pondering on whether I should leave this review or not but I was so offended by the owners actions that I feel it’s necessary. First of all, it is a beautiful venue and the owner was lovely when I first met and toured her space. She didn’t give me any problems at all. The day of the event she even let me come 30 minutes early to unload because she charges by the hour. We paid for 5 hours and my total was $966 dollars. I get there and it smelled like a dirty diaper. I opened the back and front door to air the space out because I couldn’t have guest arrive and it smell as horrid as it did. I guess she was watching on the cameras and seen the doors were open so she popped up and told me to close them. It was 50 degrees outside and she told me that I would make it hot in there. I told her why I was airing it out that it smelled like dirty diapers or trash. She eventually found a diaper that her husband left in the bathroom trash before they left but told me that I shouldn’t have been able to smell that. I didn’t make a big deal about it but for the amount of money we paid there shouldn’t have been any foul odors. Hours pass and she sends me a reminder to tell me to be out and cleaned up by 5pm. We hadn’t done the gifts yet so I requested to pay for 2 more hours. She told me send the money if I wanted to do that. I told her I had cash. She told me she needed the money now if I wanted to stay the additional time. Mind you, she had a contract that I signed, my photo ID, and a $250 deposit of mine. I wasn’t going anywhere without paying her. To me it wasn’t a big deal to give her cash at the end when she did the walk through. To her it was because she made me interrupt the event that I was hosting to walk outside and bring her the cash. I told her that was unprofessional of her. I was offended for one because she insinuated that I was going to take off without paying her but also I am an event planner myself and I have never in the four years of my career interrupted someone’s event for anything. That was rude and unprofessional. I had to pause the baby games and walk outside to pay her for the additional time. Then we only ended up being there until 6:20 so I asked her to prorate my time. She actually owed me $107 due to 40 minutes being unused. She told me she doesn’t do it like that she goes by 30 minutes so she’ll give me $80. I let her have that cause the way she acts her business won’t last long. I’m leaving this lengthy review to warn anyone to proceed with caution especially if your family has melanin. Her whole attitude changed when she seen my husband and guests cause up until then she was friendly. I don’t pull that card ever but it was evident what her assumptions were. She treated me horribly and embarrassed me in front of my guests when I told them I had to step outside to pay her to continue our event. For $1200 I expected better.
