Just called for some information on how to send/receive fan mail for a birthday card I am looking to send/receive to my wife's favourite actor Kiefer Sutherland.

The young lady on the reception clearly had better things to do than try and help or offer any constructive advice and left with the impression that it will be like sending a letter to a black hole never to be seen again....... fingers crossed eh?

Updating my review, because we did actually get a birthday card from Kiefer for my wife's birthday...so thanks must go out to them for helping.

If there was any lower rating I would give it.

360 totally failed to provide any management services this week regarding the absolute mess that is underway and especially the problems we had yesterday at Parklane Condos in Phoenix.

360 became managers of Parklane last year.

The water at the condo complex was shut off from 2 PM until after MIDNIGHT!!! during which time, in this very dry land of the sun, we were deprived of all water.

However, there were no prior announcements made by 360 on this water cut off. Also no one apparently made any arrangements with Phoenix Water to turn on the water after the work crews left at 6 PM. .

There are residents with small children, infants. I can't imagine what they went through.

When I asked the crew at about 5 PM when the water would be restored, they didn't know. I did not see any supervisor on duty yesterday at all.

The residents of the complex are paying for this mess not 360, and the least the management could do is to be involved in coordinating the work, facilitating the inconvenience and provide advance notice of any water unavailability whenever it happens.
